Ordered a sausage egg and cheese and a coffee paid 9$ was given a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Tried to call up for a refund phone rang someone answered didn’t respond and hung up. I will be calling corporate it’s a drive thru only how hard is it to handle one order at at time.

This dunkin used to be just fine. Then some of the staff changed around and now it’s horrible. All my food is improperly prepared every single time I go here which really sucks because it’s just around the corner from where I work. No idea if they’re just under staffed or they just hate their jobs. It’s embarrassingly bad and has been that way for the last half year. I’ll be going to the other Dunkin down the street from now on.

Placed on mobile order for a specialty coffee. When I arrived there, a lady said the flavor is out of stock. I said it’s ok, just make a regular one. I requested less ice, she put lots of ice. I requested to make it per my order. The lady in the drive-through who took my order remade it but she made it taste horrible on purpose. She gave me a coffee super diluted with water. When I drank it, I quickly noticed that she did it on purpose. My friend sipped my coffee and spitted it out right away. Will never forget the lady…
