I had a great experience today at Wingstop Store #441 around 12:30 PM, thanks to Linda. I went in planning to order a basic wing combo, and Linda took the time to explain my options and recommended a better deal that gave me more food for my money.

She was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best value and a great experience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable.

Exceptional Late-Night Service!

We stopped by this location around 12:30 AM on November 28, while driving back to Houston after the Chris Brown concert in San Antonio, and I was so impressed! Even though the store was close to closing, the staff greeted us with professionalism and patience. Most employees at that hour can be tired or irritated, but not this team — they were kind, upbeat, and welcoming.

Aaniyiah, Gabriel, and Leland stood out with their excellent customer service. They handled our walk-in orders (there were three of us) quickly and efficiently while also catering to online orders with ease. The food was fresh, hot, and crispy, and even the next day it still tasted amazing!

I also want to recognize their manager for allowing the team to work confidently and comfortably — it showed in their performance. The restrooms were clean, and the overall environment felt positive and well-managed.

It’s rare to see such outstanding service from young workers these days. Kudos to that entire team! I truly appreciate your energy, effort, and respect toward customers. Good luck to you all in high school and college — keep up the great work and positive attitudes! And to management be kind to those kids !

Fries were too done almost burnt and over seasoned. Chicken was hard to get off the bone. Definitely don’t recommend especially with it being almost 40$ for 2 people. The cashier was nice that is all it had going for it.

Last night I ordered from the website. It uses door dash and we ended up having so many issues with the door dash driver we had to come pick it up ourselves well past close. I called the store and the man, who I unfortunately did not catch the name of, told us he would wait until we got there so we could still get our food. This nice man stayed so we could still eat. Im sorry I didnt ask your name but we wanted to tell you thank you so so much you have no idea how much we appreciated it. It lifted our spirits after a hard week of work. Yalls customer service is great.

I hadn’t ordered from here in a while because past orders were not fresh. It appears nothing has changed. This was the worst order of all. The Cajun Fried Corn was clearly old, cold, and dry. The Ranch Was not secured properly inside the bag and it made a mess. Everything else was cold. I definitely will not order from here ever again.

OMG I decided to try the wings for myself cause my boys use to buy them and I always thought the were horrible so guess what they are horrible. They were over power with seasons and sauce. If I wanted to eat the season then I would just buy season. I got the 10 Cajun wings and my youngest son got the 10 atomic wings and he said his was over power with so much sauce plus nasty. The Cajun cheese fries were okay.

Placed an order for a pick up at noon. Came in at 5:10 and i was told it would be at least another hr. I get it’s Super Bowl weekend but your order ahead orders should take priority over walk ins. If not don’t even have a mobile app. Complete joke of an establishment. Heard someone tell a customer it will take at least 15 minutes just to talk to a manager. If they can manage a busy day they shouldn’t be manager.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP!! I got sick from the wings – the butter was pooled at the bottom of all classic wings so much so that there was no Parmesan on the wings just a giant clump. I had literally never seen the wings that greasy before. I called back to ask about this after throwing up from them and I thought I was speaking to a manager who said she could remake them. Then another man got on the phone completely rude and condescending. He said he would remake the 2 wings I had left if I brought them back or refund 2 wings after I clearly told them I picked these wings up and we tried to eat them bc we spent so much money and it was a 30 minute drive. There was no way we could get something else to eat or go back that late. He didn’t care and told me there was nothing wrong with the wings and it’s just business so bring back the 2 wings for a refund for 2 wings. He told me he was store owner, general manager and regional manager so he could talk to customers however he wanted and make up whatever policies he wanted.
