If you’re a butter chicken lover, this place is a must-visit — you definitely won’t regret it. Awesome food, amazing service, and a great environment!
But what truly made the visit memorable was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. A special shout-out to Saviraj, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail really stood out. He checked in at the right times, offered great recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable throughout.
If you’re looking for a place with amazing food and service that genuinely cares, Baba Chicken is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
Service is fast ,food is excellent and the flavour is always consistent.
Would definitely recommend the butter chicken and the keema naan.
The atmosphere is great, with nostalgic images of India on the wall to smile at while waiting(not too long) for your food.
Best of all, Priyansh and Arsh provided wonderful service, managing plenty of tables with efficiency and care. They found the perfect balance between checking in, not too much to be a bother and not so little that we felt like we were waiting for them.
Will definitely be back here for lunch.
I ordered biryani and paneer chilli from this restaurant around 10 PM, and what I experienced was downright dangerous. The raita that came with the biryani had a sharp, hard pointy piece of plastic likely broken off from a container lid.
I took just one spoon and bit into something hard — a pointed piece of plastic that could have injured my mouth or caused internal harm if swallowed. This isn’t a minor issue , it’s a serious food safety hazard.
I immediately called the restaurant, and while they did apologize, it felt very superficial, more like they were just trying to get rid of the complaint. To make things worse, they offered me “10% off on my next order.” What a complete joke , as if that would make up for the risk of a serious injury. Completely unacceptable.
This isn’t just poor service , it’s complete negligence. Food safety is non-negotiable.
I’ve lost all trust in this restaurant’s hygiene standards and customer care. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from here.
Food safety is not optional – it’s the bare minimum.
To the point I had 2 chicken items.
Both as per kids no spices. I expected it won’t matter I will get spicy anyway. Both items spicy kids can’t eat.
With $19 it’s like 2 kg chicken we were surprised and had feeling something is wrong.
It taste good but uncooked chicken, spicy and not sure what was wrong in chicken. It felt I ate chicken but with lots of unknown spices.
I would for sure not going back. Review is to mention to owner please check this parsons road location to make sure they are serving fresh , no spices if someone ask 10 times it’s for kids.
Money , refund all this can’t bring health back.
