I took ONE bite of my pizza and immediately found a long strand of hair baked into it. When I reported it, the employee was dismissive, unapologetic, and clearly didn’t care, as if serving food with hair in it was no big deal.
Somehow, the replacement pizza was just as disgusting, with another long blonde hair embedded in it. When I showed this to the staff, they outright denied reality, gave me a hostile, nasty attitude, and actually claimed it was “impossible” for both pizzas to be contaminated.
No one in my group has blonde hair, and not a single employee was wearing a hair net or following basic hygiene standards. A refund for the second pizza does NOT make this acceptable. Serving two contaminated pizzas and then treating the customer like a liar is beyond unacceptable. it’s a serious sanitation failure and a complete embarrassment of a business. I will never return and strongly suggest others think twice before eating here.

Paul and Sarah are such sweethearts! They made me some pizza after my pregnant self left a Mexican restaurant still very hungry, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly they were! Also – A DRIVE THROUGH?! That’s so cool, I’ll definitely be coming here more often. Thanks Sarah and Paul!

AVOID at all costs. This was my first and last time ordering from this location.
Called to order, since the website wouldn’t let me order. They told me it would be ready at 7:15. I showed up at 7:15 and they said my order wouldn’t be ready until 8:00. Their screen was too full to take my order. Then they told me they would rush my order ahead and it would only take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I finally get my items. No offer of a discount or anything.
I have never been in such a dysfunctional pizza place in my life. Completely unorganized with the staff yelling at each other. Easily 10 people waiting inside and probably similar in the drive thru pickup window. The owner of this franchise needs to be in there on Friday nights to see what a mess they have on their hand.

This store is so slow I can watch the grass grow while I wait for my 1 cheese pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. The food is good, sure, but they always have the excuse that they’re busy to the point customers must wait 40+ minutes for what should be an easy order. I have continuously received my food well past the pick-up window that is given when the order is submitted. This place is not worth the convenience it offers. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Their slogan is HOT AND READY! I was here 45 minutes waiting out front. The lady came out and asked what I was waiting on. I said I had ordered 2 pizzas 45 minutes ago. She said the guy working is new and he deleted your order. She said 15 minutes and I’ll bring it out to you. I sat there waiting another 20 minutes, went inside to get my pizza. They pulled it out and handed it to me. This was a few months back. Apparently I’m forgiving and decided to give them another chance. The lady was rude, and said she has to go to the front to cash me out. She said I can’t take cash here! I ordered puffs and a 20oz drink. I asked what drinks they had, she closed the window. When I got my food, she rudely asked what drink I wanted, I said Dr pepper. She rudely replied with WE DONT HAVE DR PEPPER… seriously DO BETTER, BE BETTER…I know it’s not high quality food, but being friendly and respectful isn’t that hard!

Just threw there pizzas in the garbage. They’ve changed their pepperoni. Extremely spicy. When you order a classic pepperoni you expect it to be the same classic pepperoni you’ve always bought It definitely was. This has been my last trip to that place I’ve given it so many chances. I’d rather go to Papa John’s from here on out.

I tried to contact little Caesars to ask if I could switch my Marinara sauce for Cheese sauce, or a garlic and they hung up on me twice and was extremely rude. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally was able to get in touch with a representative and they hung up with me after I tried to explain to them what I needed. Unacceptable.
Finally, I was able to speak with an actual representative at the store through my DoorDash driver, and the lady was extremely rude and discarding about what I was trying to say. I understand that they weren’t able to do it, but she did not have to be rude about it . As someone who works in the food industry, I understand there are stuff you can’t do and stuff you can do, but there is no reason for her to be extremely rude.

Ordered at the window today and was waited on by April who was very rude! She flung open the window and acted like I was bothering her and said in a sarcastic tone “can I help you” I know they were busy but she was not professional at all. I asked for extra veggie seasoning on my order and she told me no that they can’t customize it. They always put it on for me. She walked away slammed the window and proceeded to talk about me. I order all the time, I guess that stops now.

The employees are usually nice when I go, but they could really do better on the food. I’ve had little Caesar’s a lot in my life and I know it’s cheap/not the best quality but this location is especially bad. I’ve never been been given so little sauce, so glad I paid for almost nothing. That’s 2.5 ounces, including however much the plastic container weighs, so maybe an 1.5 oz of sauce? The girl said that’s how they all are. Looks like they forgot the butter on the crazy bread too

Absolutely awful and will not be ordering again. At the time of me writing this it is 4:25 and the lady says it’ll still be five minutes. I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes for one pizza and some bread. I put this order in at 2:44 because I had somewhere to be with said food at 4:30 and now I am going to be late causing other people to be late. This is totally not acceptable as they have more than enough people here to make some pizzas. I am beyond angry about this situation. If you work here, do better.
