The parking area was a little difficult to find. Only four spots in the back. There is an entry only and exit only.
The ice cream (custard) was sooo smooth and creamy. Waaay better than typical soft serve or frozen yogurt. Not to mention very flavorful. Staff was very nice and the service was fast. Was really busy when we went but still fast service. Will definitely come back again.

finally tried whit’s and it was really tasty! despite being pretty close to closing (9:40pm on friday) and quite busy, the workers were not overwhelmed and gave some good recommendations. i like the ratio of toppings to custard. the price point is a little higher than i expected (~$5-6 per mini) but i understand that they try to make the custard fresh! definitely worth visiting if you like frozen custard.

Grabbed a chocolate shake, peach smoothie and a root beer as well. Plenty of options to choose from!
Location is great and parking is decent. Our order was out quick but it takes a few minutes to make a smoothie.

Stopped after dinner on my in-laws recommendation (they are locals). Place was PACKED, but service was quick and very friendly. I got the butterscotch pecan chocolate chunk. It was DELICIOUS. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Hilliard.

The flavors are very good. The price is very reasonable and the portion size is excellent! I really like their frozen custard. Tastes creamy and rich and the calories are not too bad 🙂 Good place to go with the family, but not a lot of room inside. More seating outside.

My family and I came around dinner time, 4/13 and the young girl wearing a tie-dye tshirt scooping custard was very rude and had a bad attitude. Her facial expressions and body language when I asked her what was sitting up front she seemed very agitated that i asked .

Great custard but the care for the store seems to be lapsing. Walking in the back door, I was hit right away by a really bad smell (the trash can needing emptied?) When I bought a container of vanilla from the freezer, there was chocolate on the outside. Can’t wipe the product down? Come on. Chocolate cone was awesome with huge scoop!

Custard was pretty decent. I’m not leaving a tip for someone handing me a cup of ice cream. Really tired of places wanting me to leave a tip every time I pay with a card. Pay your workers what they are worth. Tipping fatigue is real. Your product is good, but it’s already pricey without a tip.
