Sucked.. Took forever to take our oder. then they bring my chili dog out on its side. All the chili and cheese was not on it. When I said something the car hop said sorry and walked off. After i scrapped bsck on i relize it had eough mustard to make 3 more. What i thought was cheese was mustard. Most of it went out the window. Waste of time and money

I like to eat the steak sandwich which does not allow you to customize by adding cheese to it.
I also like to have a cherry cream slush.
I have order these after parking in a stall because ordering these two items do not have the option to customize on the app.

Food and drink prices have increased while the quality has plummeted significantly. Examples: Order a drink with a flavor added, get charged for the flavor; it’s as if the flavor is barely added or is watered down; where is the flavor?
Order onion rings, once the best anywhere, they now smell and taste awful.
Ordered the new chicken wrap; it is about the size of a small boneless chicken wing; maybe fills half the length of the wrap, so it’s mostly wrap I’m paying for; disappointing.

Service is the best part now. Sadly, that won’t keep me coming back. McDonald’s had always been my last, if ever choice. May have to give them another try now.

There’s no drive thru, but there is a drive IN on the side, where a drive thru order would be taken. Then, once you make this mistake and try to drive to the window, there’s no way to get back to the drive in without driving back onto the street and reentering (left then left so it’s the worst set up possible). Please also keep in mind that at fast food places, they time orders for the carhops and there’s no easy way to end the time if you accidentally do this so that extra time counts against the carhops. It has plenty of space, and it looks like it would be a drive thru, so why isn’t there one? Or at least a sign denoting that the order panel on the side isn’t a drive thru!

Really nice Sonic ran by a good manager. There are certain days when staff does run a little slow on orders when coming out but that could be due to unforseen things. I’m not quite sure what happened, but recently on mobile orders, when you order Mozzarella sticks it’s supposed to come out with marinara sauce. Yet every time they come out its like someone forgets to put them in the bag so sometimes I’ll have to give a quick friendly reminder that I’d like some. It’s not a big deal aside from when you order the item off the app you cannot remove the sauce so you more or less anticipate that it should be there when its not you’re kind of left confused. Aside from that the staff is rather nice and they work pretty hard always coming out with a smile. I know it’s hard working in the food service industry so you have to give credit when credit is due.

Eat from here often. Recently noticed other nearby sonic locations are fairly cheaper. Breakfast burrito for example, 50cents to a dollar more expensive here. Fuel isn’t that different in other towns, while they are 10-20 cents different from each other. Staff is friendly, and I’ve over heard them going into detail of orders when asked.
