never have I ever had a worker with you guys that was just unable to speak and rude as can be with facial gestures, rolling of the eyes because a customer looks at you and says hi in a very nice tone and states the order name is absolutely unacceptable!!! period, it should not happen. we all have bad days, do not take it out on your customers when you work in food/customer service. I dont know heat her name was but im assuming the same woman who made my food, Leslie. either way, this is unacceptable behavior for a worker at this sort of establishment. I would know as I used to be a driver for the shelbyville dominoes. Plenty of years of customer service under my belt and this was atrocious, if I could rate 0 on the service stars I would. Atrocious atmosphere when it comes to making customers feel welcome

I ordered a pizza here today around 1:15pm. After sitting at the drive thru for 7 mins and not being acknowledged I honked. A younger girl came and got my order. The other worker said very loud “I’m sick of these people thinking we have to be at their beck and call!” Well lady, we ordered and paid and all you needed to do was walk over and hand me my order or better yet acknowledge me. You are in customer service but don’t need to be. This has happened the 3 times we’ve given it a chance. Then my pizza was so brown I couldn’t eat it. So…you can keep your rude workers! Pizza King is where I’ll stay. They value their customers! These smart remarks are too much!

I don’t really like domino’s but my kids love it. This one has good customer service and there delivery people are nice and get you food to you while it is still hot. The parmesan knots are pretty good.

Delivery had our order out in the vehicle driving around for 1hr food was piss warm at best . Don’t send food out with 10 other orders and think the food will be hot when it gets there in a hour those bags are made for 10 min. Trips not a hour.
