Every time I’m at this location it takes an extraordinarily long amount of time to make two smoothies. Nothing else the smoothies never have the add-ins, but of course we are charged for them and for some reason there’s always extra attitude from whoever’s at drive-through very disappointed every time ,, mainly because this location truly isn’t super busy. We always are there when there’s no one else in the drive so I’m just very confused when it takes 10 minutes in a drive through or even longer like today and yet my smoothie was made INCORRECTLY for the ONE add in I asked for and was charged for. 22$ and 10 minutes of time for dissatisfaction.

The Peanut Butter Chocolate smoothie is delicious every single time! I stopped in this morning and Chloe took care of me, she was super positive, friendly, and truly such a great start to my day. Awesome service and great smoothies every time!

Terrible service. Always an issue every time I come here. (I wont ever go here no more!)
Firstly, when I ordered my drink they asked me “what yogurt would you like?”(But my drink doesn’t have yogurt in it.) I had to ask them if that’s an upcharge and they said “yes”.
So essentially corporate makes the workers use deceiving language to effectively upcharge and steal from you and hoping you don’t figure what they’re doing.
On top of that they can take 20-30 minutes to even get your overpriced drink to you. The workers also always seem overstressed all the time. I cant image this company surviving long term based on my experiences with this place.

Manager got mad when I said “No banana, add Peanut butter”. They said it’s not the right color palate. It’s MY smoothie, I don’t care what color it is. They made it but said I can never order that again. I have been ordering it like this for years, and it has never been an issue. Ridiculous behavior from a power hungry manager. Imagine McDonald’s telling you that you can’t order a burger with no pickles. Once again, it’s MY smoothie, not the manager’s.
Update: The manager called me to discuss what happened and realized that he made a mistake and banana for peanut butter is in the same color palate (meaning category). You CAN sub other items just for an upcharge. My wife just felt she was treated rudely during the interaction. I appreciate the call and making up for an unfortunate situation that happened the other day. In the moment some further explanation and being a bit more calm and polite might have deescalated the situation.
