Place is honestly cute. If you’re a person of color your money might not be good here. We stopped in for a drink at the bar, staff saw us, we waited 10 minutes for someone to ask for a drink, other people were served/given refills at the bar and newcomers were greeted and taken care of right away. I get why people say it’s a nice place and they get great service. We saw that for others. Just not the place for me. We left after we understood what was going on.

Was with a friend to see a play, and walked around the theater district looking for a place to eat beforehand. Found this great place! We were seated right away, ordered our food, and got our drinks. Didn’t have to wait long. Will definitely have to come back here!

Underrated bar in MKE! Great food and drinks for a very fair price compared to other bars in the area. Gracious amount of food and good drink sizes. Highly recommend the fish fry and the Grumpy Burger. Bartender was super friendly and added to the already welcoming atmosphere. Patio is super dog friendly, which is always a huge plus for all you dog parents out there!

This is kind of your typical Milwaukee bar. We really enjoyed the option of indoor or outdoor seating and opted for an outdoor table with the nice weather. Drinks were really fairly priced, and all of the staff we interacted with were great. We were there late enough to enjoy a beer brat before heading out. The bathroom was OK but could have used a cleaning and air freshener. I’d definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Food has huge portions and it is good. The prices are not bad and the service is very friendly. A little loud. Good tables outside to enjoy the outdoor too. The shared shots with us. Good options for burgers and sanduches with a lot of fries.

Food was awesome. Matt is a great cook. Bartenders were great. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Made us feel right at home even though we were traveling. When I come back will definitely stop in again. Thank you for the fun and laughs!
