We recently visited Fiesta Chicken and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous for the price.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. This is a solid option if you are looking for a quick but satisfying meal that still feels like quality food rather than fast food.
Fiesta Chicken is a great local spot, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone in the Boise area looking for a reliable, tasty meal.

Good food at good prices, but some issues.

I stopped in today for the first time and ordered the Chicken Taco Salad and a 16oz. bowl of chicken tortilla soup… Both were wonderful, and they didn’t skimp on either dish.. So, why only 4 stars?

1) Initially, they handed me a taco salad that was soaked in Pico juice, so much so that the tray had a puddle and the counter they sat it on was also puddled… I had to ask them to remake.

2) The in-restaurant table ware couldn’t be any worse… tiny little spoons and forks that bend when you breathe on them… Made eating soup and salad way too much of a chore.

3) I stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes, while employees walked by and said nothing, nor took order, etc… Finally one of them said, “Have you been helped”… That was a “No”.

Bottom line is that the food is tasty and a good value, but they should better consider the customer experience.

I was told not to use the salsa bar as much as I wanted by the employee working at the time. The employee stated the manager had said this and I asked to speak with the manager. Apparently they won’t to dictate how much salsa you can have. I told them I payed over $22 for two burritos and will eat it the way I like. I’ve stopped here shortly after lunch and the salsa bar has been empty of the salsa we like. The manager of the ustick location needs to get a handle on what people need. The food is fine but not worth not eating it the way you like.
Get it together ustick manager. Lots of Mexican restaurants out there.

These are some big tacos! This was my first time there, heard some guys talking about how good the tacos were there. Im a former Texan and i love a taco challenge, i grew up next to the taco capital of the world! The taste is amazing and they fill them up! If you are not super hungry, just order one! These tacos taste like some of the best street food tacos I have ever had but on steroids! These are the only tacos I will eat from now on here in Idaho ! Nice job guys!!!!

The carne Aada tacos are horrendous taco bell and jack in the box have them beat when it comes to the tacos. that asada taste foul and it’s saturated in absolute grease the asada here is in the running for the worst tacos I have had in my life im glad I only ordered 2 with that being said, the chicken tacos were bomb. The birria tacos were also really good. I have actually came here for a long time. And Love the food.I hope they figure the asada out cause that is absolute atrocious and taste like its boiled in old grease hate the do my own people like this but I work hard for my money and food like that is unacceptable.

Being from AZ, Mexican food is plenty. Birria is the most popular meat ATM. When visiting family my nephew tells me he found a place that does birria and he likes it, it was an instant yes. Meat tender, consume was perfect. I would rank it high if the place was in Phoenix definitely in my top 5 birria spots.

Pretty tasty and super affordable!
We got the Birria Taco, Carne Asada Taco, Creamy Cilantro Chicken Taco and Creamy Cilantro Beef Taco and these were all on flour tacos. I especially loved the Birria Taco and the Carne Asada Taco but I wouldn’t say I was over the moon about the Creamy Cilantro Chicken Taco. I love their creamy cilantro sauce although I think it’s a little silly to charge for extra sauce in a little container.

This place is delicious and very reasonable. I had the taco salad. The lettuce was crisp, beans and rice well seasoned, the chicken was exceptional. Tortilla bowl was large and crispy. My husband had a chicken burrito. The fillings were delicious and evenly distributed. The tortilla around the fillings was the best he has tasted. We will definitely go again as soon as possible. Love this place.

Fiesta Chicken is the most underrated restaurant in Boise, don’t @ me. I don’t know how this place isn’t more talked about. Locals sure know about it – the drive thru is packed every day. If you’re from out of town, I highly encourage you to stop by for some of the best damn chicken you’ll ever eat.

Everything on their menu is fantastic. However, my absolute favorite and number one recommendation are the Chipotle Chicken Tacos. Someone else here says they are the equivalent of crack – I second that! Three warm, fluffy flour tortillas filled with generously seasoned chicken, cheese, pico de gallo, and lettuce drizzled with the most delicious chipotle ranch. It comes with a kick, but if you’re a real one you’ll still add more hot sauce to send your taste buds to a whole other planet.

If you’re really, really hungry, the Chicken Burrito Supreme will take great care of you. It’s HUGE and cheap. And very, very good. Delicious, moist chicken, rice, beans, cheese, onions, cilantro, guac, pico and sour cream all stuffed in an extra large flour tortilla. What a mouthful! It’s extremely flavorful. Think about the best burrito you’ve ever had, and multiply that feeling by 10.

Their beef is meh. I would never choose anything with beef here when their chicken is the real star of the show.

It’s an authentic Mexican taqueria. We ordered street tocos, which were good. I’m only giving it a 3 star as nothing stands out. The service was good with friendly and helpful staff. If you want quick, common Mexican, this is a good place.
