Went 11/15 , ordered a 9pc hot honey lemon pepper wings combo. All the wings were cold and chicken was so dry and fries looked and tasted like they were redipped. The fries also tasted stale. The lady at the window was so rude. My sister who was trying to get a coupon on her app and ended up having to order online and asked the lady at the window if she could get her order since we were already at the window and told her she had to get down and go inside. My sister ordered a 2pc chicken and a coke and she couldn’t give it to her at the window ? She was already being rude to begin with and with attitude. We order and come here all the time without issues and food was no issues before and last night was just not it.

Idk if any corporate church’s person actually reads this but it would be beneficial for the business if they did. I placed a large online order for the family that supposed to be ready at 5:55pm. I walked in the restaurant at 6.05pm and they haven’t even started my order yet. The guy at the counter asked to help so said I was there to pickup. They then started putting my order together, ended up waiting an additional 15-20 min for everything to be ready. I understand they have peak hours but it didn’t seem to that time and on top of that, they seemed to be fully staffed. There was no sense of urgency, no apologies, nothing. Whole crew should be retrained, management need to step it up. Home cooked meals the way to go!

We ordered 2 of the 2piece white combos. We had to wait for a bit so they could drop the white meat in the fryer. No problem cuz we knew it would be nice and hot. Great food and also feet classic rock music piping through the intercom speakers. Plus and plus. Thank you for an enjoyable dinner time.

Considering fried chicken is one of American’s favorite food.
I visit this establishment and they were busy.
I was there at 8 PM on a Sunday night.
One person was battering, making all the chicken in the front, 2 Employees putting orders together and 1 of them was taking orders. I saw an elderly Employee telling the staff she was leaving and waving goodbye.
She was covered in flour and been working all day . The staff was working as a team when there was a second to spare they were stocking.
I noticed a lot of customers are very rude about their order, taking longer than 10 minutes.
Yelling at the employees storming out cussing like Unruly children.
One of the customers did an unnecessary burnout in the parking lot feet away from (The elderly employee.) She must live nearby because she was walking down the parking lot where the incident happened.
My heart goes out to the staff for feeding the mass of hungry people.
☢️Hungry people are angry people.
Regardless of all the negative that was happening, the staff work like a machine. I learned a lot looking at them work. I received my order. The chicken was hot and crispy and the mashed potatoes tasted as if they just made them and my biscuits must’ve just got out of the oven. It was all delicious!!
Churches employees don’t take anything personal. This is how you lose your power.
I’m very proud of this staff and I’m happy to visit this established again. They are winners in my book.

SLOWEST LOCATION EVERRRRRR!!!! Food was warm not hot or fresh, my husband was charged twice for the ocra and when he told the cashier of her mistake she told him unfortunately we don’t do refunds at this location, wow what a way to get to get false sales up. So she offered him a large fry and he unhappily agreed. He gets home and the large fry is a small fry. Poor customer service and poor quality of food, horrible experience every single time!

No stars. Spent too much money to receive inedible food after waiting 30 mins after paying in the drive thru. Not to mentions 2 cars that were behind us were given their food before, both large orders. Wrong food brought to our car originally. Did not receive the right amount of chicken, and what we did bring home is over fried, meatless, and hard as a rock. A little sad cause it’s usually a go to for chicken.

I visited the restaurant at 2 PM during the lunch rush, but I didn’t wait long at all. The service was fantastic, and the chicken was fully cooked and served hot. All of my combo meals were amazing, and the fries were fresh. The sweet tea and Coke were also excellent. The staff was great, too! I can’t wait to come back with my coworkers and more family absolutely love this new spot

They act like there life sucks when they taking your order gave me chicken jerky (tenders) all dried up & hard.
This is Close to my place but go out of my way to order from MARBACH location its always Fresh and worth it They Always answer there Phone and add condiments in my uber order when i call and ask .
