Really great balance biscuits. Even my wife who isn’t a huge biscuit fan commented they were great. NOT a huge lard/shortening blob like some places. Bacon/ham and other meats are fresh, and since it’s Blue Ridge they could charge much $$ more but don’t so it’s a great value.
