Ordered online and they got it right. However, the food was not very good. Certainly not worth the $$$. My wife’s junior double cheeseburger tasted so wrong that she questioned if it was beef. The tots tasted as if the oil was old. While the service was good, I would recommend against eating here.

We ordered ahead in the app and it should have been ready when we got there. It wasn’t. Then it said they were coming out and our order went off the screen but it took about another 6 mins before our food was brought out. She did not tell us which drink was which. I have no idea what it is about sonic but the literally REFUSE TO JUST EVER INCLUDE MARINARA WHEN YOU BUY MOZZARELLA STICKS! It doesn’t matter which one you go to they all do not include it. We got a large mozzarella stick and still none. We asked the carhop for a few and she brought back ONE FOR A LARGE!! So I asked her if we could have a few more and she acted annoyed but did end up getting us 2 more. If you just included the marinara it would be a much better experience

Do not inform this location that the order they prepared is not what you paid for, you are absolutely STARED DOWN if you hand them your receipt and ask that they fix it. Furthermore, when they mess up your order a second time in an extremely retaliation-oriented “fix” they will simply shut the window in your face and ignore your presence until you leave. 0 stars if I could

I hate to leave bad reviews like this, but this sonic is just the worst. I understand good help is hard to find these days, but for the price of Sonic food, they really need to get it together. I quit going to this location years ago, but have found myself there twice these last few weeks due to late ball game nights. Both times were horrible experiences. The wait for food was over 30min. Both times, the screen said someone was on their way with our order, but it took another 10-15 min for them actually to come. By the time we got it, the food was all cold. Last night, I ordered blasts with extra candy. The only candy in mine was what was sprinkled on top and my plain burger had no cheese on it. The car hop was friendly and apologetic and brought me slices of cheese out, however, it was an overall terrible experience once again. Peace out Mt Grove Sonic. You won’t be taking anymore of my money unfortunately.

Wow! Ordered a blast at 1:42pm finally received it at 2:08pm after asking a carhop about it. The blonde carhop was too busy talking with customers for extended periods of time instead doing her job.

This is the first bad review I’ve ever left. I hate to say it but for some reason this location is terrible. We’ve had multiple bad experiences but tonight led me to leave this review. I ordered 2 Reese’s blasts with extra candy. There was almost no candy in either of them. It’s like they just put in a tiny amount to spite me ordering extra. Waste of $10.

The app never works at this location, they won’t honor app pricing, the card reader on the stall is not accepting my card and the food quality is lacking. Adding ads to the receipt screen of the app is also a shameless money grab. Sonic used to be the place to eat. Now I hesitate every time I think about lunch. Do better.
