Nice atmosphere but that was it. Ordered a €14 margarita but it took 3 attempts to get right. 1st one had almond liquor in it which I returned. 2nd one, the bar person did not put in enough tequila as the btl ran out which left it quite sweet and only tasting of orange. 3rd time lucky, I asked another barman instead. Food was ok but very expensive. Starter of prawn pil pil hand only 4 small prawns and small crab claws for €15. The small rack of ribs and chips were tasty but expensive @ €27.

Atmospheric and really nice place for dinner or weekend evening. Fresh, nicely prepared food, good prices. Nice stuff, big “team” – fast service and communicative people. We ordered soup, meat and fish dishes and all of them were very tasty and good prepared. We will definitely be back

Food and good staff where amazing and the food was top class ‘ nice succlent chicken. Small menu but food available was brilliant astmosphere good and cocktails. Unfortunatly not a 5 star due to 2 major reasons the first one being the fact they do not take Card or phone tap at the bar in this day and age which is the most stupid thing i have ever seen or heard of. 1 atm in the bar to facilitate over 400 people an absolute joke . With big lines waiting at the Atm and more lines at the bar for bar staff getting change. Bar staff serving drinks where rude didnt engage with anyone barely even smiling at people and just the over all stupidity of not having the ability to tap at least 15 people at the bar only had their phones and not their cards absoulte joke so the staff where slower getting change and people where waiting ages to get cash out to go back to the bar all night i wont be going back until they fix this stupid issue

Absolutely amazing Mango cocktail! Very tasty fish and chips too. Only 4 stars because staff was professional, but could be more friendly… Smile please!!!

Bartender was quite rude. Waited 30 minutes to order a drink and when my friend asked why he kept ignoring her he said he didn’t care “it was busy”.Was very pleasant up until then but could cater better towards customers.

Went here with friends tonight was very very expensive for the quality of food the was served starters were ok but chicken wings very small and portion for price very disappointing, 3 of us ordered burgers and all were the same very over done and very very dry meat couldn’t belive this was the quality said it our server and he said he would let the chef know , service was prompt and fast and staff were pleasant but the food was less then satisfactory I would expect a much higher standard for €150 . Definitely wouldnt order food again from here really displeased.

Don’t go here unless you want to experience racism! My family were going here a 30th birthday. My mom (59) my two brothers and a friend of ours. Bouncer wouldn’t let them in because he said ‘it was full’ even though the rest of the group had just gone in and then proceeded to let another group of about 10 people in. Of that group they didn’t let one Indian man in but everyone else got in just fine. My family who are Chilean and the 1 Indian stood outside waiting while friends who were already inside came out to meet us. When we asked again why we couldn’t get in he said it was full? This is a disgrace and disgusting behaviour.

The Rum House is always a great spot for food. Adrienne and the team are always quick to help and the food is top notch. I know there been a recent refurbishment so it decor I beautifully you to date. I’d definitely recommend a visit when you’re in Dundalk
