I had a wonderful experience at Boba Mi in Knoxville and highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food and great drinks. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and inviting, and the staff provided excellent service throughout the visit.
The menu offers a great selection of drinks, especially their boba options, with plenty of flavors to choose from. Everything was fresh, refreshing, and perfectly prepared. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their ingredients and presentation.
I ordered the charbroiled pork bánh mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The pork was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor with just the right amount of seasoning and char. The sandwich itself was well-balanced with crisp vegetables, fresh bread, and a combination of textures that made every bite satisfying. It was one of the best bánh mì sandwiches I’ve had.
The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The staff was helpful with recommendations and made sure everything was just right.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and the restaurant is spotless. As a huge Banh Mi fan, I was impressed—the charbroiled pork was so tasty! You can tell they use fresh-baked bread, which makes all the difference. You can purchase bread and bao separately. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Holy cow! This place is awesome! We had a charbroiled pork banh mi and a Korean corndog with mozzarella filling. The pork especially was so good. The meat had a nice smoked flavor. The breading on the Korean corndog was outstanding. In addition we had the takoyaki and the pandan waffle. Everything was delicious. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu.
The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. But it’s also in a great location to get carry out.
Honestly, this place should be covered with people. Just go. If you haven’t had it you’re missing out.

I’ve been wanting to try banh mí for a long time and I’m so glad I decided to try it here!
Upon entering the restaurant, the general atmosphere of the place is really open and comfortable. I didn’t have to wait in line (as I arrived at 2:15pm on a Wednesday) and my food was out within 10 minutes of ordering.
The person at the counter was pretty nice and patient with me and brought my food to my table once it was done.
I ordered an original half & half Korean corn dog, a char siu banh mi, and a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls. All 3 things were excellent. Flavorful, sweet tea with the boba cooked just as I like it. Soft, with just a tad bit of resistance in the bite. The Korean corn dog was crisp on the outside and had a tasty outer layer. The mozzarella was slightly melty, creamy, and fresh. While the sausage half was salty, with the slightest snap as you bit into it. And finally, the banh mi. One of the freshest tasting sandwiches I’ve had the pleasure of eating. I’m not a big fan of cucumber and normally I only eat cilantro in tacos but the combination of the two along with the other vegetables, meat, and sauce make this a really well balanced sandwich. The baguette that it’s served on also has an excellent texture. Pillowy on the inside, flaky and crisp on the outside.
I really enjoyed my meal here and will definitely be returning again for another midday lunch. Highly recommend!

I’d never tried Banh Mi before but this was a great first experience. The sandwich was full fo crisp, fresh vegetables and the meat and sauce were flavorful. Definitely want to come back and try some different sandwiches. The fruit tea was some of the best I’ve had in Knoxville. The kimchi fries were really unique and cooked fresh to order. The restaurant is small but has a really cool cafe atmosphere and fun decorations. Definitely recommend!

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Food takes a bit long to make considering it was just a couple banh mi and a Lychee fruit tea. Prices are fair. The banh mi bread isn’t exactly traditional, but still pretty good. They asked if I wanted it toasted or not, which was nice. Size was a little small for the price, but still filled me up. I would definitely go again. I had the Dac Biet and Thit Nuong. Very tasty.

Great Korean corn dogs. They have hot Cheeto, ramen, potato, and plain. You can get sausage, cheese, or a mix. It was so cute in there and got excellent service!
