We just happened upon this place when going to visit another shop and we stopped in. They have a good selection of vegan and non meat options as well as meat options too. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. My husband and I got the same sandwich but mine was the vegan version and let me tell you this is easily the best fake meat option I’ve had. The seasonings were perfect and so was the texture (there was no in your face soy after taste or fake meat after taste). The bagel was perfect and not too soft or too hard. We both really enjoyed our food and will be back again!

ANother place I go to often with a few friends. What’s great is that when you order anything on the menu, you can customize it easily. Add lettuce and tomatoe or bacon or anything else they have. You can change the type of bagel. You can also ask for very soft bagel ( my dad has no top teeth and was able to eat it) or very well toasted if you like a more crunchy bagel. They are made to.order and very fresh. Only downside is they do close at 4 I believe.

Great Bagels here . Staff was pleasant and came to my table to see if everything was to my liking after it was delivered. It certainly was!!! I like my bagels well well well toasted….in case you misunderstood that, I like them well toasted when eating with cream cheese. I don’t like eating soft squishy bagels with cream cheese and I eat the bagel as a meal. They understood my request and they delivered!! It’s been a very long time since I last enjoyed a bagel prepared to my liking. West side restaurateurs just don’t get it and treat bagel orders like a soggy sandwich. Many bagel places (and there are not a lot on west side), they are so busy trying to fill orders that toasted to them means a little bit of heat on the bagels. Not here. They toasted it very well. It made my entire experience pleasant. I was glad to see the place filled with people and they even had a group get-together which added to the ambience of the place….it was hopping for a Sunday afternoon. Not sure if they sell bagels by the quantity…it’s more of a place to sit and enjoy your bagel. Will be returning to get my bagel fix.

I took this photo at 9:44am. Exactly 20 minutes after the order went in. Waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. The only saving grace here was that the cashier was polite. If I wanted to wait at a sit-down restaurant, I would have done that. Also mixed up the coffee order. They made what was on the ticket, but it wasn’t what was ordered. Vanilla was supposed to go in the iced coffee. Unfortunately after waiting so long, I had run.
I’ve had way better experiences here before, so I’m not counting it out…but I won’t be be back for a bit until the kids working there can get a little more experience.
Train them better. Give people a heads up when the kitchen is busy. Offer a coffee or water to people who have to sit and wait more than a few minutes. Make conversation with the customers instead of running back to the kitchen to talk to the boys.

I work close by and decided one day to try it out. I got the BLT on a cheddar bagel and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The ingredients are fresh, it is not overpowering or soggy and it was super refreshing! Flavor is on point! The staff, super nice! No complaints! Will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!

If I could do NEGATIVE stars for service, I would. I work at a hospital, so you know we order food a lot (through Door dash and other apps). The nurses and I ordered food from Cocky’s for the second and last time. The food here is so good but I feel like I have to be there and supervise to ensure my order is correct and organized. Both orders we spent over $100 and yesterday was the last time. We ordered different items including kettle chips that were not homemade but still charged $2.50, sandwiches THAT WERE MADE WRONG, 4 orders of buffalo chicken dip and bagel chips that were ROCK HARD and thrown in ONE giant bag that needed to be split up amongst nursing. Last time we ordered Gluten free bagel chips with our Buffalo chicken dip, along with other flavors of bagel chips and those were not included. Just plain. AND WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR GLUTEN FREE!! Needless to say, my coworker could not have eat her food due to unknown gluten.
Then after ordering $100 worth of food, NOTHING WAS LABELED with names after we specifically called and asked them to do that. I mean honestly, after spending so much money and hyping up my coworkers to get Cocky’s both times, this was a horrible disappointment. No one knew whose food was whose. And when we called the first time to talk to someone, it was impossible to reach anyone. Then when we did speak to someone, they simply said “sorry”. SORRY?! Do you know how much door dash is? I expect to get cold food when receiving it on someone else’s time, but completely wrong food?? Food made incorrectly, that someone has an allergy to… and you say SORRY? No, we want a refund. Half of us spent money and didn’t get to eat. The customer service sucks and I work at multiple hospitals, so I will be sure to let them all know that Cockys does not care about their customers.

As a Cleveland native I always visit this location when I am in town. For some reason quality has gone down considerably. Last few orders have either been entirely wrong, or missing items. I went yesterday, was missing a buffalo dip, went back in to get it. They were very nice about it. Drove off only to find that my sandwich and the things I paid extra for was wrong/not included. And just out of curiosity, did the buffalo chicken dip recipe change? Twice now it just doesn’t taste the same as before. Hopefully it gets good again. Have yet to find bagel sandwiches like it.

For a $9 bagel I expected the bacon to be better quality. I ordered the wake n bacon and I had taken 1 bite, what I thought was a cheese pull was actually the most rubbery piece of bacon stuck halfway in the bagel and stretched to my mouth. It was super off putting, but I brought the bagel back and explained this, the cashier confirmed I wanted the bacon well done/ crunchy. They remake the bagel and it was my mistake to trust that they wouldnt make the same mistake twice, so I didnt check until I got home. I get home and sure enough its the same soggy chewy bacon, even more pink this time. I dont think ill be going back after that.

Bagels on steroids, French Fries as a side item, cozy atmosphere, unique furniture/layout and a funky vibe! What took so long for such a bagel shop to materialize? The service can be a little slow during peak time and the prices are a little high, both pandemic era residuals not much can be done about. The bagel sandwiches are big and tasty with enough variety to appeal to all taste buds. The bagel shop was long overdue for an update.

Great bagel choices. And a mix of sandwiches and sides.
I had the Philly Cheese Steak Bagel Sandwich. Chunks of delicious steak, Cocky’s sauce and peppers/ onions with cheese.
I also tried the Buffalo Chicken Dip with chunks of deep fried bagel to dip. The dip was equally as good as the bagel chunks. This side or app is a keeper.
Yum.
Please stop and try this place.
