I eat at this establishment regularly. Fantastic and friendly staff with consistent and delicious pizza hut products. I spent 14 years in food service and always appreciate a clean restaurant- this one certainly fits that description.

I was SO EXCITED the Pizza Hut buffet and salad bar were back… Until I went to it. The whole experience was an underwhelming disappointment of a previously amazing experience. Rose-colored nostalgia glasses aside, the pizza and salad bars are maybe a third the size of original. There is no pasta or dessert pizza on it anymore (the dessert pizza was the highlight of the meal in the past!) The pizza was as good as typical for Pizza Hut, but that’s about the only thing I can say good about the experience. We were sat at a table and had our drink order taken. We then waited more than 15 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. When they were unceremoniously plopped onto the table, the waitress also dropped the check with them without a word during the whole interaction. She then went off on her merry way and NEVER CAME BACK to check on us. Literally not once. There was a bus girl there who was clearing and cleaning tables in the most industrious fashion but otherwise the service was terrible, I’d give 0 stars if I could. I will likely not return to this location.

Got wrong order from the start was very nice about it with the lady running the register. She was also sweet but the cook didn’t put the correct slip with the orders so no big deal but she came out slamming the correct receipt on the box and slamming other doors when else already had the issue handled with no anger. Then I get home to a pizza cut like this. It was not busy at all. This is not the first time I have had problems with food being wrong or just mangled. I don’t usually do reviews but the attitude and this pizza being cut is just ridiculous

Fast service. Excellent food. Garlic knots with marinara sauce and chicken Alfredo with breadsticks. My tummy is protesting about how much I ate, but happy for the yumminess!

I placed an order for delivery and the delivery driver decided to call me and say she can’t walk up the stairs there’s nothing wrong with the stairs it’s not slippery or anything. I’m glad to know she can’t walk up the stairs but I can walk down and slinging one arm toddler in the other and try to carry the pizza back up… You will never get my business again.

We ordered a med. Pan Supreme. We had to ask the waitress to run our pizza thru the oven a 2nd time because the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. So she did and brought it back to us. It was still undercooked. We told her again, but we couldn’t wait for it to go thru a 3rd time. No discount was offered, no coupon for our next visit or our next order… nothing was offered. Our waitress was nice, but she only came to our table to take our order and bring it to us. Never came to see if we needed refills or anything. We had to call her over both times about the pizza being undercooked. It was 1130am, and there were only 2 other tables occupied at the time, so it’s not like she was too busy to check on us.

Although the food and customer service were amazing, the experience was pricey. For just my husband and myself, our total came to $45.45! I ordered a personal pizza, basket of fries, and a soda (not refilled). My husband had a dozen wings, basket of fries, and a soda (also not refilled). There is no salad bar or buffet. Their are vegetarian options. It’s ok if you are looking to treat yourself, but you have been warned.
