Im gonna give you a three overall, but im getting worried. Most of the time my order is spot on, but lately i havent gotten what ive ordered. The food is good but im starting to wonder about the service a little. Dont know whats going on but you need to fix it. Its not like i can go back because my order was wrong, with the line being out to the middle of the street.

Ordered a Toasty and small fry. Received order 276. Which was two hotdogs plain, frenchi fry and lg coke. Didnt receive the LG coke or would have known order was incorrect. Hot dogs were good though just not what I ordered.

Earlier today there was an accident which involved the car running through the flower bed and ended up hitting my wife’s vehicle. The owner of this Pals came out to check on everyone, offered free drinks, and even took the elderly man who was involved in the accident to pick up his medication he was on the way to get and then took him home. He is an amazing person who went above and beyond for a stranger in need. The world needs more people like him.

Over $6 for this bacon that was crumbled and not even the least bit warm. Then they gave me small waters that they charged 60 cents for. I dont mind paying for the water, but why small?? The patties were hot and delicious. Pals dresses their employees like they’re in one of those cults that require members to ride bikes around neighborhoods and knock on random doors in search of new cult members. It’s outdated and creepy.

Food has gone down hill. Used to be good. This review is for multiple trip in the last year. Always give a location multiple tries before a review. Used to like this spot. Ham on my biscuit was vile at one time. Mini chilli burgers tasted off. Ask for extra ketchup, only give you one little packet, and they forget. If you are going to charge higher end pricing you should provide food to match. But your shakes are good.
