Fixed my day I worked a 12 hour shift and stopped for ice cream on the way home the absolute ANGEL behind the counter (the woman with black hair) hooked me UP with my sundae I had some strange requests and felt super annoying trying to pay with ones because I didnt know if they took card but this girl was AWESOME she was very nice and this was the first time I didnt regret my ice cream choice it was delicious and definitely made with care thank you for making my night better!

I have been going here for years, and they always take such good care of us! Their ice cream is the best and they are pretty quick too! This is honestly one of my favorite places to go, and I get so sad when they close for season! 10/10 recommend:)

Grew up on Striickland but yesterday
I happened to past by this one. Ordered a banana pudding twister and paid the nice young lady helping me. After seeing how generous the young lady was with the bananas and cookie mix I asked her not to mix it. I knew if she did it would be to watery. This man who later told me he was the owner told me she had to mix it. I politely asked why? I was not asking for extra stuff just did not want it mixed. This man proceeded to walk up to the window in a very confrontational way and said he does not need to explain anything to me. What ever happened to simple customer service. I hope that this man has someone that cares enough for him to explain he needs medicated. I will never spend a dime at this location. Hopefully the other owners teach him proper service.

I asked if they had mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone (Medium $5.50). She said she could make it in aTwister (or something). A 12 oz cup (spoon was free!) was $10.85. I guess I should ask how much, first.

I was shopping nearby and stopped for a cone. Strawberry was the frozen custard flavor of the day and it hit the spot. They have some of the best frozen custard in the area and this was my first visit to this location.

We always stop by Stricklands because my boyfriend grew up having this custard. It’s like an Akron staple (since 1936). Check it out! The pumpkin is my favorite, the grape is my BF’s favorite.
