First time, fantastic food…
Was a bit hesitant on the prices but no wonder there is a line up…food was fantastic. Very authentic BBQ US/Texan style!
Quick service, lots of smiling staff and very helpful.
Could expand the bevies to include a bourbon at least…but good wine choices!
Get in early as the ribs disappear fast!

We have eaten here at least 10 times in the last 6 months and have pretty much tried everything on the menu… This place is the real deal if you want the best Texas styled BBQ! Nothing in Sydney comes close!!!
The service is always spot on – really friendly and fun atmosphere!
But the best thing about this place has been the mouth-watering food! The consistency of the quality, and the taste of the food they serve every time we have been there, has turned us into regulars.

The Smoke Shack BBQ is located on Pacific Highway, Mount Colah. There’s plenty of parking.
If you’re a meatlover then you’re in heaven. Although the Hornsby Shire Council did have an objection to the smell of brisket.
BBQ meats are presented to you on wooden boards and brisket and chips are done to perfection.
We went for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Juicy, tender, ‘floppy’ brisket!! Exactly what you want in your American bbq, we ordered the Pitmaster Platter and we were able to try everything on the menu, the brisket was front and centre by far the best we’ve had in Sydney but the pork ribs, smoked jalapeño sausages, beans with burnt bits and lamb cutlets were all delicious! Our group of 10 left completely stuffed and so happy, would highly recommend coming here and we’re already planning our next visit also love that they’ve got a mix of wine and local beers on the menu now! Had such a great time and hope you’ll be around for years to come!!

This place is unreal! The food is absolute melt in your mouth, to die for. Best bbq we’ve had in Sydney. The brisket is the best I’ve ever eaten, mind blowing.

Everything about this place was awesome. Excellent service by staff. Decor is wonderful. Brisket was delicious and some of the best potato salad I’ve ever had. We will be back!

Came here with friends for lunch yesterday as I had heard so much about this place ! Service and food was outstanding ! The brisket and pork belly was melt in the mouth . Prices were fair particularly for the generous servings. I’d like to add that the venue and bathrooms are very clean . I wish it was closer to my place as I’d be a regular !

We absolutely love Smoke Shack BBQ! Living close by is a bonus—we enjoy dining in and grabbing takeaway whenever we can. The owners are great, the staff always friendly, and the food is divine. With a coeliac in the family, the gluten-free options make it the perfect spot for us.

Hot, tender, smoky, juicy goodness… We got the family platter and everything was great, but the brisket was definitely the highlight. The burgers are also incredible for a place that isn’t a burger joint. Decent value for money. Warm service. Cosy atmosphere. Unfortunately ribs are only available Fri and Sat, but we can’t wait to come back and try them
