Terrible ramen. No flavor. Tiny portion. Very expensive
One of the most critical parts of a good ramen is the broth. Time should be invested to build the flavor profile. At first sip, it becomes VERY apparent that is not the case here. The flavor is bland. There’s zero mouth from which indicates a lack of time with actual bones. It tastes very much of instant soup mix to such they used very little.
We ordered two kids ramen, a tonkatsu, a mazemein, and buns. All consistently bland. The buns were filled with grease.
Easily the worst experience. My kids have it a 0/5.

We had a phenomenal lunch here. The wait staff was incredible and the ramen was on par with the stuff we’ve had when we lived in Seattle. We cannot wait to come back to try more of the menu. If I could give it more stars, I would.

While all other vendors are providing full sized meals, you give us these big cups that’s 1/3 filled. With no seaweed, corn, mushrooms, fish cakes, or anything else that goes with ramen besides half an egg and ONE piece of meat for $14. I wish I would have spent my money with the other vendors. Definitely won’t ever go back to your restaurant.

OMG!!! My friend & I stopped in today on our lunch break and can I say I was SOOOOOO mad that we had to go back to work!!! This Spicy Miso with the blackened chicken Ramen was AMAZING!!!! So much so that I ordered another one to pick up after work because I KNEW if I brought my leftovers home I would NOT want to share I WILL be back on my OFF day!! And the customer service A1-PERFECTION!!!!

I absolutely loved my experience here! The ramen was sooo good — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was comforting and satisfying. And the ube piña colada? OBSESSED. It was so refreshing, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. Definitely a must-try!
Shoutout to Thalia at the bar, she was incredibly nice, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. She didn’t just make drinks; she made us feel comfortable and taken care of. You can really tell she puts care and passion into what she does. Such great energy and customer service!
Also, thank you to Rae for serving our food so kindly and efficiently. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us.
Overall, amazing food, amazing drinks, and even more amazing staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was really excited to try this place because I’ve heard so many good things about it. Unfortunately, I dont think I’ll return. The service was good and I loved the spicy edamame, I got the super Saiyan ramen because I thought it would be the best thing on the menu. It wasn’t. It lacked so much flavor (yet had a long wait time) that I wanted to demand salt for nearly every ingredient (I didn’t) the pork: bland, noodles: bland, nori/seaweed: bland, ground beef: really bland and the broth was the only thing somewhat saving the dish because it was still bland but had more flavor than everything else. I don’t usually write reviews but I was so excited and then let down from how bland and essentially boring the super saiyan dish was considering it is one of most expensive dishes on the menu. Plus the music was really loud.

This review is long overdue! My coworkers and I visited Union Ramen Bar on a work trip in June 2024. The atmosphere was great!! The Union Ramen Bar Team was very kind and professional. I ordered the Miso Ramen with Fried Tofu. It was extremely flavorful!! We had a very positive experience overall. Thank you, Union Ramen Bar!
