Ordered the Quesabirria tacos and honestly the best I’ve ever had.. the consommé was so flavorful.. I absolutely recommend.. very friendly and fast.. outdoor seating if you want to eat there.. right across from pilot truck stop .. photo was taken after eating the first one so a little messy

We were coming from California to Coos Bay and stopped by Medford to get gas at the Chevron next to it I barely noticed the food truck, but we ordered food without expecting anything good, just to cover breakfast. To my surprise, I ordered a pastor’s sincronizada because I found it strange that they don’t make it with a flour tortilla, but with fresh handmade corn tortillas. It was delicious. Definitely a place to stop by for lunch. I’ll be back as soon as I can.

We stopped here while looking for something at the gas station and got a couple of burritos and a quesadilla for our kiddos. It was all very tasty and they made it pretty quick. The gentleman taking orders was also very friendly.
