Brooklynn was knowledge and even gave fair warning for the houston we have a problem level of spice. She maintained a friendly attitude. And was even surprised how easily I was able to handle the hottest level of spice on my wings.
Overall the wings with that were really spicy compared to just the liftoff sauce I had on the sandwich.
I’d recommend if you are someone who loves really spicy food to give it a go, but if not to that level just stick with the liftoff sauce as its got nice heat with overall flavor for something spicy.

I went for my birthday and the person that was taking our order was really nice. She let us try some drinks before we got them. I like when they are helpful and nice to us because it makes us really like the place. The food was delicious and flavorful and when it came out fairly quick. It’s a really good chicken place compared to other in the area. They have more flavor when it comes to the chicken with its different variety. I will for sure come back as I really enjoyed this place and the customer service as I think that is more important when it comes to food places. It really elevate the experience.

I stopped by Houston Hot Chicken at 9:53pm, just minutes before their 10pm closing time, and I was blown away by the service. Heaven took my order and was incredibly kind and patient — she didn’t rush me at all and took the time to explain the menu so I could choose exactly what I wanted. That level of care so close to closing is rare and very appreciated!
I also want to mention that an elderly gentleman came in right after me and he had trouble reading the TV menus and heaven took the time to explain everything on the menu and did not rush him and helped him with his order.
Angel was working behind the station and made my chicken nuggets and fries fresh. Everything came out hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious.
Both Heaven and Angel went above and beyond to create a great experience when they easily could have been focused on closing up. Customer service like this is why I’ll definitely be coming back.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

All the employees were very nice and helpful. Helped up celebrate my 1 year old daughter birthday. All employees are very patient and have no attitudes at all. And of course the food was great and fresh. Brooklyn, Kristina, Angel & Hiba were the employees I dealt with. Great employees/People. Give them some raises or something!

This is our second location we’ve been to. It’s not as new as the Big Beaver location, but it was just as good and the service was just as awesome. Everyone we spoke with showed great customer service. And yes, the food was very tasty. We definitely recommend!

Nice place in a shopping Plaza that just opened. I like that they have different spice levels. The combo meals are a great deal.
The original sandwich is big. The tenders are a good size and full of flavor. The seasoned fries are great! I stopped in for carryout and wasn’t disappointed.

Tasty chicken sandwiches in a variety of spice levels. Premium chicken and great soft brioche buns. Fries are crinkle cut and taste fresh. Fairly expensive. A combo with fries and drink will set you back $15+. You’ll be full but it’s a hit to the wallet. Seating area is small and basic.

Went there to eat lunch after seeing all the hype on Instagram. We ordered A spicy Original Chicken Sandwich, Cheese Sandwich, and Chicken Tortilla Soup. Sandwich was OK but they were spicy. Chicken tortilla soup surprisingly was tasty. The original sandwich was a bit more sweet even though they said it was Spicy. They took a long time to take orders even if it’s a simple menu. The atmosphere is really good.

The food, most importantly, was absolutely outstanding, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was so juicy and tasty. Loved this place. We will definitely go again.
