It was a wonderful, peaceful dining experience. I enjoyed the food, I had ordered the chicken and waffles. It was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the orange juice I received was freshly squeezed. My mother had ordered the flatbread which was also tasty and vibrant in color. The waiter was splendid, he was attentive and welcoming. The place itself was also beautiful, a luxurious design with a warm and positive atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for some delicious food and kind service.

We tried a few dishes during our visit. The veggie omelet was quite bland and lacked flavor. The eggs Benedict didn’t meet my expectations—the hollandaise sauce was very minimal, which made it underwhelming. The muffins were dry and hard to eat.

That said, the buttermilk pancakes were my favorite—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfectly sweet. The atmosphere was great, and our server was super nice and attentive. I would recommend eating here if you’re staying at Encore, especially for the pancakes.

I visited this restaurant with a couple of friends. We heard that the place served brunch/lunch and we were heading to the casino floor after. I ordered the Giardino burger (two of us did) which came with truffle fries. It was a great burger cooked just as ordered. One of us ordered the chicken and waffles and was also pleased. Service was a bit slow as there seemed to be some confusion over who our waiter was, but it worked out in the end. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, on the second floor with a view of the decorated casino entrance. It was a good experience and I would come back.

We went to Giardino at Encore Boston Harbor for brunch, and the food was very good. Everything we ordered was well prepared and enjoyable, and the setting itself is beautiful.

The only downside was the wait. We did not have a reservation, and even though several tables were visibly available, they were not being seated. We were told there would be a 40-minute wait and were put on the waitlist. After about 55 minutes, despite walking around the hotel grounds and spending some time at the casino, there was still no table available.

It definitely takes away a bit from the otherwise magical experience of the place. I would strongly recommend making a reservation if you plan to eat here, as it seems essential even when the restaurant doesn’t appear to be full.

Overall, great food and atmosphere just plan ahead to avoid the wait.

Absurdly tiny portion of steak in my steak and eggs, which turned out to be rare after a few bites despite me asking for medium. Told the server, who offered sympathy but nothing else.

Arrived on MLK morning for brunch, found a long line of people waiting for the hostess despite an empty restaurant. Waited for more than an hour for a table because the restaurant is so understaffed that dirty dishes aren’t cleared for an hour after customers leave. My water was filled not even once. Had to ask for butter or jam for toast and flag down the waiter for anything else.

Absolutely disappointing for a five star venue. I’ve never experienced this before in my life.

[My spouse and I have another account but I’m posting this as I wish to get this to everyone since I alone experience this place]:

I’ve been here several times and I would NEVER go back to a place unless it was stellar! And it was!

1. Greeted by Lauren, clearly someone who loves her job and knows how to be customer-oriented. What a wonderful way to begin the eating journey! I absolutely smile when I see her at the “hostess” station!

2. Ricardo, my server on a regular basis, displayed the sort of magic touch that one would only see in the finest of restaurants, not a breakfast-lunch place. At the table at the right time, not overdoing it, but being available…and he was! Think of someone who is kind but simultaneously efficient.

3. Ambience: Clean, open, sunny, friendly, tasteful—assuming a gay man was influential on the architecture because it’s stunning. If not, kudos to the metrosexual!

4. Price: It is not expensive, but reasonable: My breakfast flatbread was like 23 and it was PERFECT. The tomatoes, especially, provided the warm texture to the wonderful over-easy egg on top. But, I’ve tried everything from their smash burger to their pancakes over the weeks—WORTH THE PRICE, WORTH THE TRIP!

Overall, this is the gem in the culinary world outside of Boston (which has some of the most overrated places except for Panza in the North End).

Kudos to the staff and the owner who know what they’re doing!

I wish I could give a four and a half. First time to the casino, wife and went there for her birthday. Was a bit skeptical after looking at the reviews.
Overall we were very pleased. Came at the busy brunch time on a Sunday and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Our server Oscar, was friendly and pleasant. We both got the steak and eggs breakfast. I wanted medium rare and it came a little too rare, but I didn’t complain and ate it. My wife ordered well done and it was slightly over cooked but she too did not complain. Overall the meal was good and the portions were adequate. Our server kind of abandoned us half way through our meal and then presented the check?
Overall I did like dining there and would go back again.

An amazing Italian breakfast. They treat you right. The OJ was fresh and amazing. The coffee was the best. Eggs were on point. Nothing bad to say. Classy, on the mezzanine level. Go there for breakfast or dinner. Tell em Barsnobs sent ya!

This remains as one of the BEST breakfast-lunch places in the area

This place JUST opened, and, on the surface, the service is exceptional. I was greeted and thanked and attended to at every point. There are even tiny chairs for purses!

I do have one complaint.

I ordered a burger medium-well. I don’t like blood in my burger.

When I picked the burger up, blood streamed out, so I told the waiter it wasn’t what I ordered, and he took the burger away to bring me one that was what I ordered. Instead, I am all but positive the same burger was returned to me, just squished onto the grill for more inner cooking.

When my burger was brought back, the bun was coated with oil (no idea why you’d oil a bun inside AND out), unlike the first time it was brought. It was squished. Also, when I picked it up (oiling my hands), half the burger fell out, but it was a chunk that was fully independent of the other part of the burger (someone had just cooked the separate pieces of it, rather than make one whole burger).

My nearly $60 meal, was given treatment you wouldn’t find at McDonald’s.

If it had been properly replaced with a new meal, I would have given a five star review.

The burger was hard and charred (like it had been crisped twice). It was a gross burger, and I’m pretty sure the same burger I’d had before.

I ate it because I hadn’t eaten anything all day and it was 2pm. I also ordered a yogurt with chocolate chips which came and was delicious.

But my meal was almost $60, and the literal “meat” of it was truly disgusting.

The ambiance is amazing. The wait staff are kind. Whoever is cooking needs a pep talk, and I would like refunded for my burger.

This is a picture of the first burger. I wish I had taken a picture when it came back too (which is against health code), but I was honestly so shocked and disturbed I didn’t want to know what would happen if I sent it back again, and I was starving. No joke, I went to Wendys after for a better burger.
