First time I’ve been to Applebee’s Was in Bricktown, Charleston, which is way far from where I’m living. The first time I went to hylan boulevard Applebee’s with people from JCC was not really bad. It was pretty good. It had a pretty good outside seating. I went inside and it looks cool and fancy. We decided to sit outside to eat because it didn’t felt hot at the time. ️ Sitting inside would be the smartest option because it has air conditioning and you can relax. I ordered a Bacon ranch chicken sandwich with fries. Someone gave me their celery because they didn’t want it so I added it to my meal. It was so deliciously crunchy for my taste. It cost me $12.78 because I didn’t include the drink. I sat back in one of the umbrella tables while live music is playing. I would come back for a different meal that they have. Put the one on veterans road had a certain vibe to it. Don’t worry, this one isn’t bad at all. I like it.

This was our first time visiting, and we had such a great experience! Sarah was very kind, friendly, and patient with us the whole time. She made sure to check on us often to see if we needed anything. It really felt like she cared about giving us the best service, and that made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
We ordered some delicious food: boneless chicken wings, Diet Coke, Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, and blackened tilapia. Everything tasted amazing and came out hot and fresh. The flavors were great, and the portions were just right.
Sarah’s great attitude and the tasty food made our visit really enjoyable. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for the great service and a lovely meal!

Our waitress, Mary, was so nice and accommodating! She was extremely welcoming, friendly and assisted us with whatever we needed.
We really liked our food but the dessert was the best part. The chocolate lava cake with ice cream was perfectly paired and we will definitely be coming back again.

Justin was an amazing server! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and he checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. He made our experience so much better — we’ll definitely be asking for Justin again!

Sophia was absolutely amazing!!!! Not only was she super attentive and great at her job but she was super duper sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like a guest of honor in her home. She was making sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our food the whole time. I will definitely be back to this location and i hope Sophia is my server every time!!

Me and my family went in Sunday and Michael was our server. He was very sweet and friendly, which is something that can be hard to find in this day and age. He made me and my family feel welcome and was very accommodating towards my daughter’s allergies. He is such a sweet boy he should get a raise!

So i went with my family to lunch today ! I ordered steak bake pateto green bins and extra crispy shrimps! So what i get! Steak was not eatable! That was burnt on the side and still alive inside! No matter how long you will chew impossible! The shrimp was also not crispy and disgusting plastic taste and who know what oil after what was used ! They ruined my family lunch! I called the waitress and told her this is not eatable! My family already eat and I was waiting for new steak ! We was ready to leave I got my steak to go in plastic container leaking grease everywhere also plastic bag was oiled everywhere! The manager this place not even to bother come to me ! The waitress told me we will not charge you for replacment steak some joke ! You guys ruined my lunch! I threw away my hard woekinv money to trush ! I was only able to eat cold baked potato! This is how you treat comstumer ! Shame on you ! Good luck with your business!
