It Reopend after a Remodeling, so we thought we would stop in for a Bite and Again Try. My Complaint was the Onion Rings , just a Few tossed and over cooked , sharing between 2 people it wasn’t worth it. Gladly they took it off the bill. Everything Else Wasn’t too bad.

I normally don’t care for Big Boy but my daughter wanted to stop. We had a good experience. Very clean. Everyone where’s their masks. They have people spaced out properly. The staff is very friendly and they seem to team up and help each others tables. At least that was my experience this time. My past experiences weren’t so great but that was years ago. Things have definitely improved. The food was delicious and came out fast. We were in and out in no time but never felt rushed. Just a good even flow.

The waitress didn’t get our order correct and tried to charge us for onion rings we never got. They forgot to clean our table so we had to wait a bit to get it completely cleaned, they forgot our toast when we ordered eggs,bacon, and toast. I got a chicken parmesan sandwich and the bread was soggy when I got the sandwich and we waited over 20 minutes for our food and they didn’t refill our drinks.

Got my fish platter and it was cold. Also took about 40 minutes for my food. Understaffed and the waitress was very slow and didn’t check on me but once. Ordered a pie to go home and it was frozen. Not overly satisfied.

All of my kids and grandkids, met my boyfriend and I for breakfast before we left to return home to KY. Most of us had the breakfast bar. It was wonderful. The food was all fresh and hot, despite the fact that the bar was coming down soon! Our drinks were continually filled up and the staff was incredibly cordial and smiling!!!

The food was delicious but the service was horrible. We spoke with our waitress 4 times. Once while asking what we would like to drink. The second when we placed our order. The 3rd when our food was brought out. And the 4th was to bring our bill. I had to go to the counter and ask for silverware and napkins. We were never asked if we needed refills on our drink or anything or if we wanted dessert.

We had good service. Menu has been changed since we had been here last, I guess there is a new owner. Some of the old classics are on the menu, like Slim Jim. But not chicken fried steak. Clean dinning room. Food was good.

Not a good service. I ordered Mediterranean omelet with fruit bowl and the waiter collected money first and forgot my fruit bowl! I had to check my order and remind them that they forgot fruit bowl. Check your order before leaving. They will collect your money first, correct order and service are not guaranteed!

Wait staff seemed distracted with duties in BOH but was friendly. I would’ve tipped more but didn’t get syrup with my pancakes and didn’t get a refill until we were done eating. I hate to bug servers so its partly my fault but still a bummer. Food was good and they were friendly so its still 5 stars

Went here for Easter dinner. We ordered the buffet. The chicken tasted like it was cooked, refrigerated and microwaved before putting it back on the buffet. Red onions were absolutely disgusting and were very very old. We ordered pop and the waitress never came back to even ask how everything was let alone refill our drinks that we paid 2.50 each. Some of the food was great and some was completely un edible. I mentioned to the person at the till everything that was wrong with our meal and he asked who our waitress was and just said it doesn’t surprise me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
