One of the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen in a Panera, and the booths were nice and comfy and quiet as well.

I was little disappointed the kiosk didn’t accept my coupon code since it doesn’t expire for a couple months, but I’ll just use it next time. Restaurant was clean, and service was fast. Food was delicious, as always.

They throw brand new cups in the garbage “per policy”. Ordered breakfast, asked do I get my cup here or at the window? I was then given a cup. My food came with a cup sitting next to it. I said I already have a cup so the employee threw that cup in the garbage. I asked why and was told it was policy. How many times do you think that happens a day across every Panera?

On my second business trip to Minneapolis and with my hotel nearby the airport, the MOA has always the biggest amount of options to eat.
I decided to opt out on the usual fast food so I chose to go to Panera Bread for the first time.
I was a bit late for lunch time so I had the whole counter for myself and the cashier was happy to help me decide. If you can’t decide what to get, you can always choose half & half. I got a half cheese sandwich and a half chicken salad.
Fresh, delicious and nice. Would recommend all over again. Also you can choose between an apple, chips or a piece of chiappata bread as side.

My 14 year old nephew regularly orders the grilled cheese at different locations. Today, for his birthday, we came to MOA for the first time and he wanted his fav sandwich. What a huge disappointment this is though. The cheese is burned, the bread is way smaller than normal, and it is over-toasted. We won’t be back to this Panera again ;(

The guy working the counter was very nice and did a great job taking our order, however on the menu it doesn’t specify what comes on specific sandwiches which led to us asking to have one remade with less ingredients. this caused the guys manager to start giving him a stern talking to in front of customers, the manager then told me that the guy working the counter (who is new) has been messing up alot as if to try and embarrass him when he did nothing wrong in the first place. the new employee was a very nice guy who did not deserve to be treated that way over something that was not his fault in the first place.

Just used a coupon that comped your next meal because a different panera messed up our order. This Panera was incredibly nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience. The manager on duty was excellent. Have never had a single bad experience when going here. Amazing Panera with delicious food and incredible staff.
