The man on the phone line that I called was a very nice young man who understood it take time to go out of your way to help a little old lady by telling them their favorite Simpsons character. I’m pretty sure the yellow guys. He said burns. What a great answer I am so impressed with this man’s career. He is truly going places and instead up he helped me out by answering my and I loved that. Thank you Taco Bell for your staff. Great job.

I cannot believe this store is still running the way they run it, I came in today and it was just horrid, the wait times one 4 items was ridiculous, and when I asked for a CRISPY CHICKEN TACO with only Saudi and cheese on it (didn’t think I’d have to specify to leave the chicken strip that is the point of the taco!) and heard the employees arguing about whether or not to put the damn chicken strip on, they still put Creamy Jalapeño sauce and Avocado Ranch sauce and cheese ONLY until the other employee put the strips on herself after I told her to because I heard the argument. I went back through the drive thru this time to fix my order and they still proceeded to put Creamy Jalapeño sauce instead of Creamy Chipotle sauce. The menu is fully customizable and has been for years, if you have an issue with it DON’T WORK AT THERE, otherwise read the screens and learn what sauce is in what bottles because yall may not care what the taste is coming off this garbage but the people eating it do so maybe take some pride in your work and do it right ever, I would have said the first time but you didn’t even get it right the second time!!! Come on people!!!

We waited 20 minutes in the store for our order and they never updated our order on the app to “ready.” We eventually had to ask if our food was ready because they never called out our order. They left out an item (which we discovered before leaving the area and they fixed), but then they left out condiments (sour cream, which we paid extra for) on other items which we discovered after leaving the area.

Was visiting Carlsbad. Stayed in a hotel and order DoorDash. There was no hot sauce even though I ordered 10 packs of it and no plasticware or napkins were placed in the bag.

Taco bell was slipping today. The food took 15 minutes to come out and it was cold and dry. I got a bean burrito no cheese add guac and jalapeno… Tortilla was dry and crusty just like the beans. My kids food was cold as well and the tortillas I’m pretty sure had been sitting out all day. Very disappointing.

AMAZING COFFEE. For this being a fast food joint I was really surprised. The service was amazing. Even called to make sure our order was ok, we went through the app and messed some things up but the manager was more than helpful. I wish I remembered his name but you Sir came in clutch! Have had to wait over 40 minutes for food multiple times, even when ordering ahead of time. The staff does not do anything to accommodate the excessively long wait times.
