This is a great restaurant to visit if you are desperate to be ignored. And even better if you would like to witness the speed and efficiency with which this store prepares their to-go orders, to the exclusion of the customers standing in line. The young lady at the lead position of the line has no business working in a customer service role.
I arrived at the front door of the restaurant at 1:02PM on February 6th, 2026 hoping to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my next job. There were four people ahead of me when I got there. The line was moving VERY slowly and people began backing up behind us at the door. I waited patiently for my turn, approximately eight minutes. It doesn’t sound that long, until you are the one waiting in line. As I approached the counter, excited to finally get my order taken, I could see what the delay was. The to-go orders were the main cause. While I stood waiting to be greeted and place my order, the employee would not acknowledge my existence and continued making other orders for people who ordered online. Fine. Sometimes we have to wait. BUT…. I have now been standing in the line for 12 minutes. Despite being right in front of the employee, with five or six people behind me, she chose to pull four more orders from the printer and prepare them before helping me or any of the other people in line. These orders popped out while I was already at the front of the line.
At 1:16pm I decided to leave, rather than continue to wait just to place my order. I will not be coming back unless and until you guys get your act together.
On top of that, there is a serious safety issue in the men’s restroom. A broken porcelain fixture has sharp edges, and I nearly cut my finger. This is a hazard that needs immediate attention.
Between the inconsistent portions and the unsafe restroom conditions, this experience was disappointing and concerning. Management needs to address both customer service and basic safety standards.
They said they had a new ‘Spicy’ orange chicken dish, and it was an insane amount of crushed red peppers rubbed into the orange chicken. I tried to pull them out, but it was impossible and disgusting.
On the other hand, the teriyaki “chicken” tastes like dishrags. I just avoid ordering anything questionable looking when I go in. This time though they gave me a heaping serving of cabbage instead of chow mein so I came to the internet to whine about it.
I came for lunch like I do every week. I can’t believe this happened.
