This is the second time in 1 week; literally 6 days. That they have left a 12 piece nugget out of my order. People are friendly, food is good, but check your order before leaving. And they weren’t even busy, really kind of dead

Be aware: my order was missing items the last two times I visited the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A. I never expected this from Additionally, this restaurant wants to charge $9.00 for chocolate chip cookies– not good–. I couldn’t believe it! They told me it was because the cookies are big. I don’t care—its over priced, I also called to let them know my order was incomplete, and they wanted me to return it instead of giving me a credit. Did not return or could not return, tjeybwere unable to compansate me for the food I did not receive — surpisingly a poor experience

The food was good, but the portion sizes have drastically decreased. My breakfast bowl barely reached the halfway point of filling the bowl. I’d stay away from the Frosted Mango Passionfruit. I gave it a try, but would never get it again. It tastes like Amoxycillin mixed with ice cream. The Frosted Lemonade is delicious though.
The service was friendly and efficient.
Went to the Senoia, GA location on two different days and the wait time in the drive through was 18 minutes the first visit and 16 minutes the second visit. In our order were two regular CFA chicken sandwiches. We received them in white bags, but someone screwed up and they were like a half and half spicy that the restaurant decided to sell as regular sandwiches. My daughter couldn’t even eat hers. We won’t be back to the Senoia location

I’m not normally one to post reviews, but I think these two ladies deserve recognition: Brianna and Luna! They were the sweetest sweethearts. Give those girls a raise for their customer service!! They made me feel so important and like I was the only customer in the building. Definitely brightened my day!!

They should put this flat sandwich and soggy, half filled fries on the commercials…smh. I bet you the lines wouldn’t be so long!! Chick-fil-A use to be in a class of its own, now they runnin neck and neck with McDonald’s. It’s sad that such a good franchise has sunk so low….and this one in Senoia is fairly new!!! They went down quickly!

This is a great location and the people are really nice, but they don’t seem to have been trained on mobile orders.
The whole point of the Chick-fil-A model with the dual lanes and mobile ordering is to bring the order that’s ready out to the person so they can drive off with less delay.
Almost every time at this location, I pull up and see the associate at another counter while my order is sitting there ready and should’ve already been brought out.
Def a 1st world problem, but still frustrating when the wait was unnecessary.

I asked for my ice cream to be in a kids meal sized cup. “We don’t do that not at this location.” Okay great I’ll take a refund. I explained to the person that took my order and my money beforehand he said no worries as if they would accommodate what I asked for. I ordered a Cobb salad, gives me the Cobb salad. Only to get home and it’s a bowl full of lettuce and chicken with two tomatoes and three thin slices of egg. Barely any cheese at all. Smh this is the second salad I’ve had and it’s terrible. If this store doesn’t want customers just say that. Completely terrible.

Freshness has been an issue at this location since it opened. I continue to order salads from here, knowing that I usually end up picking out a bunch of old, slimy, nasty tasting lettuce.

I ordered curbside this morning on the way to school since we were running behind. The restaurant and drive thru were not busy but it still took 10 minutes to get our order. When we get our food out, one sandwich was awful. The English muffin wasn’t toasted well and it was as literally split in half. After dropping my child off (no breakfast now, thanks) I had to drive back since no one answers the phone. This isn’t the first time our food has been bad at this location. I guess we will just drive to Starr’s Mill from now on.
