They changed the recipe on their Cinnamon Crunch Bagels! I usually buy a couple to take home and this time something was off. They are too fluffy and soft and there is a strong aftertaste of soap! I couldn’t finish the one I was eating and threw the rest in the garbage! Bring back the old recipe!

Tried to order online via their app, but it seems like they were out of everything. Couldn’t use the coupon they had sent us, it seemed nothing qualified for it. Useless.
Then when we did order something, only when when it came time to pick it up, we were told that one of the items actually wasn’t available. What? Why did you let us order it then??
They didn’t even have bread bowls, one of the main things I was going for – it’s like a staple for Panera bread! It was only 5:30 in the evening, so not like it was the end of the night. Wow, sad.
Thankfully, our group of about 12 was able to find a place to sit, though, so that was nice.

I had a delicious bagel breakfast and a wonderful cup of coffee. The coffee here is better than at 2 of the trendy cafe bakeries on Main St.

First off they close at 7. We arrived at 6:45 with no other customers in house. Although that meant we would be there well past 7 they were very warm and welcoming.

This my second review. This time we had breakfast at Panera bread. We had avocado scrambled egg spinach on everything bagel and scrambled egg with cheese on ciabatta bread. Both were delicious and successful. On another note, the tea variety is good. The filtered coffee was OK.
This branch of Panera Bread is in the University city right across Virginia tech. The environment is cozy and good for family gatherings. The crew is friendly, welcoming and fast. We ordered a tomato soup in a bread bowl, tuna salad sandwich, tuna salad sandwich without the bread, a margarita pizza, frozen strawberry lemonade, and peach-blueberry smoothie. However, the tuna salad sandwich is okay but could be toasted. The pizza and tomato soup in a bread bowl is average. Even though there is a tuna salad sandwich item on the menu, there is no tuna salad by itself.

First of all, they don’t have bar code or qr code to scan your membership you have to say to them the membership number.
Same thing for electronic gift card. Too much time spent for these details while ther a line that’s getting longer.
Second, they told our salad would come with olives but not a single olive in it. The bread was really bad, it wasn’t fresh at all and very cold. This was bot the case in many previous visits.

My pickup order from Panera was on time and delicious. I ordered the vegetarian squash soup and Greek half salad, with a side of chips. The soup was creamy and perfect! Mybsalad was nice too, but could’ve had some more olives. I will definitely order these again…especially the soup. It is a tasty and gluten-free option!

30 min wait for a sandwich and salad and 2 iced lattes..every single customer was rude one tried to take my stepsons dri k out of his hand. They gave us one iced latte and one hot
latte when I informed the guy at the counter they were both supposed to be cold he huffed and walked away.
Finally got the attention of one of the young ladies she said she would fix it…22 mins later we got a cup with 4 oz of latte and the rest ice. Absolutely terrible will not be going back

Food was fresh but just ok. Bbq Chicken Salad was so boring, no flavor. Broccoli cheddar soup amazing as always. Almost every table was dirty.
