Fantastic tacos! Fast and friendly service. A limited menu means they can concentrate on doing what they do very well! Having said that, I wouldn’t be mad if they expanded it just a bit, maybe include some birria or elote. I got a four tacos, two pollo and two pastor. They were all quite tasty and loaded up very nicely. A quick squeeze of lime and a drizzle of salsa verde really set everything off. The pastor tacos were definitely my favorite, with the sauce and good sized chunks of pineapple, the flavor lingers even after eating.
One thing to be aware of, though…..at the time of this review, they accept only cash. So be prepared for that.

My husband and I loved the taco truck, so decided to try the restaurant. The nachos were not good. You get stale corn chips with the protein of your choice, queso, and guacamole. No salsa or hot sauce. We were highly disappointed, especially for the price. Also, you have to pay for tap water, and if your kids get a drink, they get a big glass bottle of soda that they can barely hold on to. What restaurant charges for tap water? Highly disappointed.

Tacos were amazing. Got 3 with steak. The corn tortillas were the best part, they didn’t have the metallic aftertaste a lot of them have and I suspect they are made in-house. The steak was well seasoned and flavorful. Plan to return next time I work in Franklin.

Food here is so good. Also the owner is a great guy. I had forgotten my wallet and I needed to eat so he just made me some tacos and said just pay whenever. Great guy!

I ordered the al pastor tacos and a steak quesadilla. They do not skimp on the meat at all. The guacamole sauce was well seasoned with a lot of avocado flavor. They were cash only, so I was happy I had some cash on me to try these. I’ll have to go back again to try a dish with the rice and beans.

Great locally owned taqueria, I love a good taco spot. Some people may remember them as the red wagon that was parked down the road for a while this is their permanent spot. The picadito was my favorite with chorizo and the cheese quesadilla was top notch. I also had a chicken Taco and some of their green salsa with chips.

I’m local I live in otterbien. When I heard that there was an authentic Mexican restaurant in town I wanted to try it. I walk in and no one helped me. I saw that there was a sign saying “order here “ so I stood for 8 mins waiting to be helped . Keep in mind that it was dead. As I waited I looked at the menu decided to try the chicken tacos . As I ordered there was a yelling coming from the kitchen I believe a son and mother ? Which made the man taking my order become distracted and walk away while I was talking. It took about 15 mins to order 3 chicken tacos , guac, and 1 cow tongue taco to try . As I got seated the quickness of the food was moderate. As I take a bite from my chicken taco I find a piece of bone ! Not only in one but two of my chicken tacos !! I ended up swallowing one of the bones !! For 4 dollars a taco for me to choke on it ! Come ON! Do better !!! What kind of restaurant is this ! Just extremely disappointing in total I paid 23 dollars , fine I get it I read the other reviews saying it’s downtown so it will be more than average but for it to be 67% more expensive then what it was 5 months ago that’s outrageous! It’s not fair for
Someone who goes out their way to eat here and choke on something that could’ve been prevented. It seems like business is not going well at all since it’s empty everyday . Save your bucks AND CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN ! After communicating my concerns with my peers I ended up filing a claim to the health board.
