My first time here and I loved it. The restaurant is very boutique with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly waiters.
The mixed sharing starter was amazing with so much flavour and colour, definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.
Our mains were both lovely too, I really liked my chilli Balti and my workmate liked his Vindaloo

This was my 1st time at the Ganges,wife had been there before and it was her that booked it for me. It was so good,I had been craving an authentic tasting Indian and this delivered on all fronts. The starter was amazing,the staff where 1st class and the price was even better. I will definitely be back soon.

Best curry in Carnoustie hands down.
Our last visit was on Valentine’s Day and we started with the mixed starter for two which was a nice mixture of different items. We were given plates with a variety of dipping sauces and everything in the dish was great.
For the main I had a moonlit chicken and my partner had the spicy chicken tikka masala. Both curries were excellent although I think next time I will get something spicier with lamb.
The cheese and garlic naan deserves a special mention, it had cheese inside the bread itself and was nice and melted.
Service was all very fast and friendly. The price was also extremely reasonable for the amount of food we had.

Absolutely delicious, the food was so fresh and the staff were amazing. Wasn’t sure what to have and they were kind enough to help, they even went out of their way to adapt the food to my liking. Definitely will be back.

Delicious food accompanied by faultless service. Greetings from the restaurant manager upon arrival which set the tone of the evening. We had a mixed starter for two, followed by a tandoori mixed grill and a spicy chicken tikka Masala all of which was outstanding. Service we received from all staff was exceptional. 10/10 🙂

Best Indian restaurant I’ve been to, what a find. Food excellent, staff very friendly and super efficient. Would be confident in recommending Ganges to any curry connoisseurs. Top notch.
