Jessica took care of us and absolutely nailed it. We had the Miami Heat, JB Roll, UM Roll, and the O-Town Roll (all raw) Every single one was fresh and honestly some of the best sushi in town, no exaggeration.
She also made me a custom fruity cocktail she called “Sour Patches” with lychee and other flavors… so good. Super refreshing and dangerously easy to drink.

It was my birthday, so my daughter brought me to this very nice restaurant. It was beautiful. It was clean, the food was good, but unfortunately the waiter was extremely under trained. He didn’t know anything much about the drinks, really didn’t know much about the menu, almost every question that I asked he did not have an answer for. He was very kind but he was just extremely not trained as far as menu items as far as alcohol items,.. so it made it kind of uncomfortable for him and for us because he didn’t have answers to anything. Even at Olive garden, for an example, I had a roommate that worked there, that had to take 3 weeks worth of training and she had to know every single wine that went with which menu item. How much alcohol was in each one, what other kind of alcoholic drinks there were, even as far as the menu items, she had to know everything that was on the menu and it had to be memorized. This poor gentleman just had no idea about much of anything. But we did enjoy ourselves there, and between my daughter letting them know that it was my birthday, it made it a very memorable experience. And I want to thank you for that

I had such a great experience at Sushi Sake Orlando thanks to Sarah! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in just the right amount, made great recommendations, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and loves what she does. The food was delicious as always, but Sarah’s service made the night even better. I’ll definitely be asking for her next time I come in! My service dog and I felt welcomed and left with smiles.

The server was great. Sushi was meh. As a party of two who were the only customers there and took quite some time for our 4 rolls to come out. Caliente roll as you can see was basically a leafy roll with little speck of fish. The rolls were also falling apart. . Soda came in a can, didn’t even offer a glass.
