Ordered a steak wrap. Its suppose to come with lettuce, tomato Chipotle sauce and lettuce and cheddar. I received 1 scoop of steak and 2 pieces of american cheese. This is by far the most pathetic tim Hortons Iv ever ordered from. The fact the ownership sees these terrible reviews and does nothing shows alot about this management. I will be reaching out to the health and safety department to do a full investigation on this establishment falsifying food orders.

I love getting coffee here I just wish it was more consistent when they make my coffee. I say double double and it’s never the same. Sometimes it’s too sweet or sometimes it’s too bitter. They need to retrain employees so the portions are consistent

Your honeydip timbits are so dry and not fresh everyday you need to stop being stingy on the sugar every other Tim Hortons i go i can’t get enough of their honey dip timbits and this location is just looks and tastes nasty they’re messing up Tim Hortons they need to be trained how to make donuts.

Ordered a sausage croissant, hash brown, hot chocolate and strawberry kiwi refresher. The sandwich was absolutely disgusting because of the pounds of seasoning, the hash brown was still partially frozen, the hot chocolate was cold and didn’t have the almond milk or whip cream that was requested, and the refresher didn’t have fruit even though I paid 2$ for EXTRA FRUIT. when I tried to call the store to have the issue resolved no one answers the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible.

Food here is terrible . Old tasting dry… Two egg sausage muffins both not melted.. both dry and old tasting. Coffee wasn’t good . The hash browns were soggy.. went back in to get my money back. Staff at least was nice about it so that’s a plus I guess

Every time I order here, they either forget something in my order or they have already run out of the items I ordered online. I would understand if it was one time, but it has been multiple times now that I’ve lost count. The food is good if you actually get what you ordered.

Every single time I have ordered it has been incorrect. I ask for extra egg and I never receive it, I ask for a plain croissant and I never receive it, My coffee is always bitter even though I always ask for a bunch or sugar. Very disappointing.

This Tim Hortons is sadly the worst location I’ve ever been to. The girls were slow and didn’t care, the ordering process was so frustrating and the outcome of the food/drinks was very disappointing and definitely not tasty – even the TimBits! I hate to write this because we LOVE coming to Tim Hortons when we are visiting family in Michigan.

Like the other reviews below!! I agree, pls don’t go to this Tim Horton place. It is priced high and the coffee is not good. We specifically got an ice capp and it was extremely WATERED DOWN! And white?? Usually ice capp have a tan mocha color. If it wasn’t ready, please communicate that!
