Needs a little work to be up to par for the reputation of a normal Culver’s.
The food was subpar and very greasy. The staff was friendly though.

We watched the commercial for the fish and chips and it looked good i love good fish and chip except this one there was so much grease it soaked 8 to 10 napkins with grease not counting what I wiped off my hands. My wife mushroom Swiss burger was not that great then I went into the bathroom to wash the grease of my hands and my feet stuck to the floor. As we left the employees were very friendly and thanked us for coming in.

We came here an hour before closing. We were greeted upon entering. The employee who took our order was kind. We didn’t feel rushed at all. We took a seat and a few minutes later our food came out.
The food was fresh and hot. The chicken sandwich looked exactly like the photo.

The guest service was absolutely amazing! People would come to our table to ask how our day was, and they also welcomed us as we came in. The atmosphere was packed, but as great as a restaurant could be. The food was legendary, the fries could be better, and the cheese curd bites are an absolute MUST HAVE!

I was trying to order a single butter burger kids meal through the drive through and they corrected me to a single with cheese. I tried to correct it to the burger without cheese which I guess they didn’t understand me or something because they stuck with the single with cheese. And once I got to the window I realized it wasn’t even the kids meal that I had wanted but just the burger. Not a great first experience but the burger tasted really good.

The worst fast food experience I’ve had. The worker confirmed the mix ins for the concrete mixer twice, but what I got was a plain chocolate one with the receipt showing a plain chocolate. On the burger they listed some toppings and asked if they were fine. I said no pickles, no mustard, everything else is fine. I got a hamburger patty with cheese and onion. Nothing else, not even a bun. I checked the receipt and they had put no bun. How they got that from what I said I don’t know. It’s baffling

Went in with a coupon for 2 double deluxe burgers and wanted to make 1 a basket. The worker at the register said yes but then another worker with blonde/blue hair said they can’t do that. I’ve done it multiple times with no issue but this worker was making sure I wasn’t allowed to do this. So my family left and we’re eating elsewhere and don’t plan to revisit after dealing with this “Karen” as a worker.

Terrible experience. Food was so expensive and tasteless. Service was super slow and they still got my order wrong. If they don’t tighten up they’ll be out of business in no time. DON’T GET THE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER!!!! Disgusting.

Holy salt lick! Way to much salt, almost inedible.
I was on the road already and couldn’t turn around. I was really bummed because usually it is pretty good. The sandwich, which I ate first was barely warm, the meat seemed very old. My blood sugars were low so I ate it anyway. Hope that doesn’t bite me back later.
