Good starbucks in a convenient location. They often mess up my online orders, making things iced when I order hot and vice versa. Im usually in too much of a hurry to have them correct it. But line moves fast, and staff is friendly.

Apparently you are not allowed to use the bathroom before you order your coffee at the Main Street Starbucks and staff is
very rude about it. What has our town become when we have to lock customers out of the bathroom. So after I ordered my coffe I was faced with the decision to leave a tip or not . Easy decision! Oh ya, no vegan options for food. And yes, I did leave additional information and contact details on your contact me page. I sure hope Starbucks reaches out for more information about my experience.

Bathrooms were disgusting, I sold I had to purchase before I could even use the bathroom so I did. They got my order wrong, didn’t even put my name on the order. I got asked three times if I was waiting for an order and I told them I was. It took them 20 minutes to make one drink. They still forgot the espresso shot. I would just recommend going to Dutch Bros, or Ziggy’s. I’m tired of them always getting my order wrong.

There wasn’t a lot of places to sit with most of them being pretty close to the door freezing me every time it opened I was immediately approached and asked to leave if I wasn’t going to buy something. Even though that I was there for a meeting. I told them I’ve had enough coffee and there’s nothing I can eat here without dying and she insisted that I leave if I wasn’t going to purchase something and I said I am waiting for somebody Miss… I had to tell her twice

I was disappointed with my recent visit. I placed an order for a venti matcha latte with strawberry cold foam at the drive-thru. The barista, Iris, handed me a grande. When I kindly let her know it was the wrong size, she repeatedly and condescendingly told me, ‘Um, no girl, you ordered a grande.’ This unprofessional and confrontational response, along with her dismissive tone and inappropriate use of ‘girl,’ made for a very negative customer experience. I believe additional customer service training is needed.

This is a nice sized store. I have never not been able to find a seat inside (also plenary of parking. There is ample outdoor seating as well (I think it gets lots of sun in the afternoons but I’m done drinking coffee by then) This location has a drive thru and the tram is consistently pleasant.
