Usually a very okay experience coming here, how ever going in to grab my morning coffee I had the pleasure of dealing with a not so pleasant employee by the name of Kim. She was very rude to customers and when it was my turn to purchase my coffee the attitude came . She was politely told if she didn’t like her job here she could find somewhere else. Being greeted with a nasty attitude early in the morning could change many of customers attitude and she should fix that. The store manager was standing a few feet away, was made aware of the situation and that multiple others waiting has dealt with the attitude before but instead of addressing it he stated that he didn’t hear anything or seen anything. Not good Wawa get it together. This is not her first negative review get her away from the registers

I ordered meatballs from here and after I paid for everything waited for about 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have anymore. Fine I understand that. Money was returned then I ordered a sub and they can’t even make it right then they tell me that they was not going to remake it. This is the only Wawa I’ve ever seen to have problems with.

The only reason why I rated this place 4 stars is because I wanted to use my gas rewards in store. But for some reason, Ms. Kim, what’s enable to apply the rewards and she said, it can only be done at the pump, but hmm, honestly 4 times that I’ve used it at the pump to use my rewards were stolen, and I wasn’t able to get gas. So I feel like that discrepancy needs to be rectified, but overall Kim was very sweet. I might have been in a line twice with her today & when I was just getting a Chicken Sandwich, she recommended for me to get the $6 meal deal. And I remember seeing a sign, but I just bypassed it. So she insisted & said, go get a bag of chips, then she gave me the cup and I got my favorite root beer and some kettle cooked, honey jalapeno chips that I’m gonna try out for the first time. And it was for the same price as just the sandwich by itself. So that alone is a tremendous blessing. That I’m grateful for and I pray that Kim is recognized for just going, just a little more stretched of a mile to a accommodate a smiling. Guest she deserves a raise! Lol. @sci_fictional

I love this Wawa. I come here almost daily. This young lady in the store named Paige always goes above and beyond. She is normally the cashier when I come in but I heard her today step in the coffee place and say let me help you to the gentleman working there. You can tell it’s not her normal area as she seemed to be reading each drink but it was amazing to see another employee step in and help when he was slammed. She helped me locate a less expensive way to make my drink weeks ago when I came in and she was at the cash register. Just love that she cares.

I come to this Wawa all the time, I’ve never had any issues till now. I got a cheese steak hoagie I got extra meat and cheese. Now normally when I get a cheese steak I just get it normal with regular meat and cheese, the only reason I asked for extra is because when I get a regular one it barely has any meat in it. But this time I got extra meat and the sandwich was mostly mean, and it didn’t even have cheese in it. I open up my sandwich and all of the toppings are just falling out, wrapper was super greasy to where it was wet. I bite into it and I’ll I taste is bread and meat nothing else. And I wanted whole wheat bread, and I got white bread.

I usually LOVE the WaWa food, but this location is not one I’d recommend.
This is what my spicy chicken sandwich looked like. Pure seasoning when I didn’t even order a chicken sandwich with seasonings on it under the toppings category. It literally looks like the cap fell off the Old Bay and they dumped the entire thing on top of it.
If I wasn’t 8 months pregnant I’d drive back right now and make them replace it but I picked it up after work, got all the way home and was left with this. Umm are they kidding me?

By saying I come to visit this Wawa early today with my husband to get coffees to go the woman at the front counter Kim is her name very nasty. Very rude. I brought in a $10 bill and it came up to $10.10 the courteous thing I did was steps to the sign to say we’re gonna run to the car grab the $.10 she rolledher eyes inside because it was such a big thing for her to do. And her manager white male did not see is name tag said no she was not rude i have not seen her be rude how would you see her if you were not there i don’t do this but this has not been my first go around with Kim she is very RUDE NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL YES I TOLD HER YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUITE THERES MORE PEOPLE HAPPY TO TAKE THAT JOB WAWA DO BETTER AND YOUR MANGER IS NOTHING ALSO. I came and ordered multiple items from the hot food area totaling more than $45. I was unable to carry everything so I requested a bag. I was told to get one from the register on the other side of the store (the employee seemed agervated/annoyed that I even made such a request. It made me feel like my business was not appreciated. I asked for a manager and another lady repeated the corporate policy like a robot. There was no empathy, apology, nothing. I was informed that the paper bags were for DoorDash only. My order was correct and my food was hot.
