I’ve experienced consistently unfriendly service from female employees at every Dunkin’ Donuts location in Salisbury—Nanticoke, Tilghman, Hampshire, and this one. They serve with major attitude, often rude over the intercom, which has made me drive off multiple times. Even on rare visits, the poor treatment never changes. Reviews via receipt links and upper management clearly have no impact. If this works for them and their average customers accept it, fine—I’m just glad I’m not average.

I made an online order at 10pm. My order was dozen donuts, 2 xl hot chocolates, 1 small hot chocolate, and I Gatorade. When I got to the drive through the girl told me they don’t have any donuts. How do you not have any donuts 1 hour before you close. I’m aware that they throw away their donuts at the end of the night but 1 hour before they close?!?! I can see maybe 15 minutes but 1 freaking hour?!?! That doesn’t make any sense and I don’t care what the excuse is. 1 hour before you close you’re still going to have customers show up.

Third time since the end of July I’ve been through the drive thru and had incredibly rude service. No hello, or thank you, or even telling me the correct price. Something as simple as a coffee and donut transaction shouldn’t be so difficult. I get customer service can be hard at times but the easiest thing to do is say hello and thank you. I think I’ll start getting coffee from the local place. At least they’re nice.

I’ve been here a few times since the remodel and each time has been incredibly long wait times. I always order ahead on the app, so I’m not sure why when I place an order 10 minutes in advance, I’m still waiting in the lobby for several minutes. Mind you this is EARLY before the usual breakfast/prework rush…
With the number of coffee spots in Salisbury, Dunkin needs to do better.

Take my wife there every work day morning for her coffee before dropping off at the hospital. Some days there’s a line, others not, but either way the speed and accuracy of service as been elite. Only wish there tone was a bit more polite and cheerful, but I’m sure they’re used to angry morning people on the daily..

I’m a frequent visitor so the staff have gotten to know me and they are just the greatest folks. Kind, efficient and always ready with a warm greeting regardless of how busy they are. Oh, and the coffee, hot or iced, as well as the pastries and sandwiches are second to none. For a product line to claim that America runs on it, its got to be amazing right??? Dunkin and its employees here do not miss that mark! Highly recommended!

Perfect place to get your morning needs, staff are literally amazing and so kind and the beverages are great. Sometimes the bagels and English muffins are a little burnt but still tasty lol
