I am very disappointed with this large shrimp egg foo young. There should be 3 eggs with onions and shrimp. The new cooks and staff do not know what they are doing. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and the quality of the food has declined. The gravy is too thin and the eggs are not eggs. The old cooks need to train the new cooks right or shut down. Perhaps they know their clientele, but if you haven’t been here before think twice before going. I got the egg foo young but the gravy was very dark and very thick. The fried rice tasted a little bit old and smelled kind of burnt. I did notice that there were a lot of people getting yock a mei so I guess that’s part of their specialty. Like I said, If you like it you like it but if you haven’t been there I think twice.
