The store was empty when I walked in with my wife. I ordered a chai tea at the self serve kiosk. Maybe 2 minutes later it was ready for me at the counter. Super fast service. It felt a little chilly in the seating area so I asked if they could turn on the fireplace we were sitting. They immediately flipped the switch and turned it on. What a really nice visit we both had. After receiving an incorrect to go order, I called the store and told them. They said the next time I was in to ask for a manager and give my name, and I would receive what I was supposed to have received for no charge. I was back there today, gave my name, and was told they did not have my name on file and could not give me the credit I was owed. Terrible customer service and constantly messing up orders. I won’t be back.

VERY PROFESSIONAL! I am a regular at the Brunswick location. I want to thank you all for such an amazing job you do. Whether it’s 6:30am and I’m the first person they’ve seen, or after a long day of work, I am politely greeted with a smile! Kathleen is one the best managers I have seen. You can catch her running the line, taking orders, drive through, and dealing with customer complaints. She really is superwoman!
