I got a completely wrong order. Called in to advise them. The “general manager” said are you sure? I made the order myself. Yes I am sure since I got nothing I ordered. I was met with the rudest person you could ask for. For her to be a general manager is crazy. Would not provide her name instead said I can come down and get a business card if I wanted to know. Instead of trying to rectify the problem she made it so much worse. I order often from Wingstop love their wings but I will go out of my way to never order from this one again.

I was waiting for my order, and in the 10 minutes I was there, one of the people kept coughing and looked really sick. That shouldn’t be allowed for hygiene reasons and because it could infect other customers. I’ll have to decide whether to eat my food or throw it away.

I had a take-out order for my family including 3 kids. 5 orders, we only received 2 in the bag and it was cold and terrible. Would not recommend. They didn’t even answer the phone 3 times when we tried to call to resolve. So terrible! I had my kitchen clean and kids were ready to eat, then I had to cook and clean up again! At 8pm! The worst!

Never been here before, wanted to give it a try since we were in the area. My boyfriend got back to the car and didn’t have our drinks. Fine, I chose not to send him back in for those. But the food was already cold and we hadn’t even pulled out of the parking lot yet. He said while he was in there the person working was giving the door dashers a hard time. We got home (45 minutes away) and I was missing food. If I decide to give Wingstop another try, it will not be at this location.

At a Chain this big I expected a lot better. Horrible service, vulgar/explicit music playing, 1 out of 6 employees were actually working. Food took forever- haven’t tasted it yet, but I’m hesitant to even eat it. It’s dirty, and obvious none of the employees care at all. Close the store if you can’t find a manager who gives a crap to run it. $90 take out order and I’m disgusted.

I won’t go back. My food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:15. I didn’t get it untill after 8:15. I asked the multiple times if it was ready and they kept saying it wasn’t ready.
Well, it was ready, but they wrote the name on the bag incorrectly, so each time they went back to find it, they didn’t see.
When I got the food, of course it was cold and there was no offer to make it right.
To make matter worse, the way the bag was backed, the sauce spilled to the bottom of the bag and so on top of having to heat up my food once I got home, they were dryer than they should have been.
