We have been getting sushi here for a while. It is amazing. The Orient roll is killer and the Maryland roll that is topped with real crab is so good. Highly recommend for the sushi as it is easily best in the area. They are always very fast. Even if you stop in for a Togo order they bring it out within 5 minutes.
Staff is amazing and the place is clean. From the tables and menus to the bathroom and windows. It has always been pretty clean making itore comfortable.
The entries are a bit weak. While there is nothing inherently wrong, they just aren’t as amazing. The calamari was not crispy and had way too much salt. The crab rangoon was more cheese and less Crab. The fried rice is lacking in flavor and Chicken was too.
100% worth the travel for sushi. Still need to try other entries.

Probably top 10 service experiences I’ve ever had. And food is pretty solid. Better than your average Chinese restaurant. And the atmosphere is basically what you see in the photos online. I never leave reviews but I’m leaving this one 5 stars.

Fast, friendly, and delicious! I usually order carry out and always get generous portions, food is very consistent, I’ve never had a bad experience here! Calling your order in is a breeze, quick and easy. Friendly staff and dining in was also very pleasant!!

This is a really nice sit-down Chinese restaurant. They do have take out but it’s rare to find dine-in venues any more. They have a large selection beyond the typical Americanized Chinese food. I have been here a couple times and we ordered a variety of appetizers, soups, and entrees and enjoyed every one.

Excellent Chinese food. Both in the restaurant and at take out. Large portions for a fair price. Excellent service and friendly staff.
4/3/2022 – The Orient Restaurant is now open for carry out and delivery. They are hoping to have sit down dining again around late summer of 2022.
The food is as delicious as it was before the temporary closing.
8/21/2022 – Yes! They have opened the dining room!! The food was awesome, it was cooked perfectly. Everything we got was fresh and hot. So happy they are open again for sit down dining!

Stopped by while in business. Saw the reviews.
Space: underwhelming. Not crowded at 1pm weekday afternoon.
Service: okay. Wait staff was attentive.
Food: Ordered the Beef and Broccoli amd General Tso Chicken on the Lunch Special menu. The broccoli was overcooked and the dishes was swimming in sauce. The chicken in the GTC was not crunchy. Just overall underwhelming meal. Wife didn’t eat her BnBroc. Maybe it was an off day.

Food was pretty solid. Never had sesame chicken without sesame seeds, but still good. Didn’t get pictures of the sushi, but very solid. Got Volcano and the lacey (I think?). Both good. Huge entree portions.

I went to the Orient for dinner with my sister and we were so glad that we did, the server was very attentive and immediately brought us water and noodles with dipping sauces, our meals were very delicious and there was plenty of it! The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. It was a pleasure to eat there!

10/10!!! This was our first time dining in at this particular location since they reopened. Since covid, we could only order take out or dine in at their Towson location.
This was the best experience! The food was delicious it tasted better than the take-out. It was packed, but the service was on point. No complaints at all! Loved every dish!
