I had an absolutely amazing experience at this food spot in Columbia Mall on 12/17/2025! Dina was super duper exceptional—she truly went above and beyond to serve me and guide me through all the options to make sure I chose the best meal for my palette. Her kindness and genuine care made my visit feel so personal and special.
I also have to give a huge shout-out to Sara and Cathrine. Every time I come here, they don’t just treat me like any customer they make me feel like part of the family. Their warmth and friendliness are unmatched, and it’s clear they take pride in making every guest feel welcome.
And I can’t forget about the brother at the cashier he’s one of the nicest guys I’ve met, always smiling and providing excellent service.
This spot is hands down my favorite at Columbia Mall. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back, and I encourage everywhere to be more like them. They set the standard for hospitality and customer care!

I recently visited Chop Chop Salad in Columbia on 11/23/2025 and had an excellent experience. I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff provided outstanding service, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit.

This is my convenient, fresh, healthy, affordable lunch if I forget to pack one. They make, or chop your salad with fresh ingredients in front of your eyes. It is cool watching them chopping all those things into your salad bowl: veggies, egg, nuts… I like the Apple and Candied Pecan salad. My coworkers order their sandwiches sometimes and say they are good too.

Delicious, fresh ingredients. Excellent customer service, I wish I had gotten the girls name. She was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. Took her suggestion to mix two beverages and WOW!! Highly recommend the Greek salad with salmon and the watermelon/papaya mix (beverage).

Her service was amazing, she HONESTLY deserves a raise for her service and as I’m reading the reviews I’m pretty confident in the fact that others agree so give my girl that raise IMMEDIATELY!!!! She deserves it especially since I’ve always seen her for years when I come by the mall and never fails to do an EXCELLENT JOB. Always on TOP of everything even when things are stressful and this world needs more hard-working people like HER. Managers would be CRAZY if they don’t treat her like the queen/reina that she is. great salad! the lady named Estella was very helpful and friendly in the process of making out salad we ordered the strawberry chicken and caesar salad. The lettuce was pretty crispy and delicious.

The food is always on point. I get custom salad and grilled cheese with avocado, tomatoes, and chipotle sauce. It’s in the mall so the atmosphere depends on your preference. I don’t mind as much because I’m in and out with my food. Sofia is the sweetest and very efficient while still ensuring a good food. I hate to share my spot after all these years but I truly support this business and would like to keep them around. So here goes… Enjoy you’re welcome in advance!
