This place has the worst customer service of any Hot Head I have ever had. My husband got this for us today. He got a few tacos and me a bowl. All I wanted was chicken with extra of the new Mexican rice, cheese and sauces. They barely gave me any chicken or rice so my husband asked for more and it ended up being over $15 for just mine almost. My chicken is hard and dry and the rice is cold and doesn’t even taste like Mexican rice so I don’t think it was seasoned very well at all. He wanted pork and when he saw the pork was dry and looked old, he asked for the new pork and they wouldn’t give him any and they said, “If you don’t like it, don’t eat it.” They were all very unfriendly and when my husband told them they were being rude, one of them replied, ” We’re not rude. We’re just working.” The food is awful and such terrible customer service so we’re never going here ever again.

Worst experience ever. Shift lead was rude and didn’t wanna hear any suggestions on how to correct an easy issue. My voice deff showed how displeased I was because we were not contacted and asked if we wanted a diff cheese cause they ran out nor did they say anything when we picked up our food. She blamed it on not having our number cause we used doordash. Which I then corrected her and said we used their app and my phone number was deff on the receipt because I was looking at it. She told me she didn’t care what I said cause they were fixing the issue. Which would have made me have to drive another 10 min just for cheese and cause my food to b cold. When I found out they were out of all but two cheeses i said I was contacting her supervisor because of her attitude and rudeness she still acted likes she did t care. I then told her I was contacting corporate and she then said she didn’t care call them and hung up on me.

Food was good but not what I ordered, ordered small bowl chicken, cheese,pico,corn pico. Got large bowl with different cheeses and no pico’s. Was making the taco’s for my order and I noticed using hard shells explained I ordered soft, cashier confirmed to her and she thru them away and started over.

First… out of white rice, second, told her no onions or cilantro. she did not even offer to fix the mistake. We had 3 bowls and all 3 were wrong. The sopapilas we ordered were burnt and had no seasoning at all. I was surprised they even served them.

Rude employees. Asked several times to cancel my order before they started making it it was already paid for . Then they started making it and said they can’t cancel it ., 04/13/2022, this is the skimpiest 10$ burrito I ever seen , also had to drive back to get them to do my order correctly. Piqua needs a chipotle desperately,, this is my door dash order. It arrived opened in a plastic bag on the floor. I regret getting anything from this place. They offered me five bucks just now to change my review. Lol . I’ll change it when you get better management and better employees that are proud of their work. That’s what missing in this world now is nobody takes pride in their work. They just want the peanuts you pay them

So sad I was in the store last week and a worker had came in for her shift she has blue hair and started yelling and screaming at a blonde head girl looked super nice I believe was the store manger she did not once yell back or do anything wrong to her but she took the girl yelling at her and walked out to her car as I was leaving I was looking around she was still sitting in her car looked really upset maybe crying but I just want to tell her that she was amazing and doing the best she can, but I didn’t. anyway I have not seen her back working but I still she the girl with blue hair. So sad that she was able to yell at her like that in front of customers and crew saying she needs to do better at her job and stop letting people call off. but yet still got to keep her job……..

I know good help is hard to find, but the attitude of these employees is beyond sickening. Between the eye rolling, the condescending responses to customers and the language that should never be said in front of customers or children, I can affirmatively say that this will be my last visit to this location. The heavyset man with the broken eyeglasses has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in public.
