I discovered a flavor explosion that was truly life-changing with tandoori chicken and Phuka (Pani Puri) on my first visit to this restaurant, and Erica’s expert guidance empowered me to navigate the menu with confidence. The food was sublimely incredible, and I’m eager to return and explore even more of their groundbreaking options.

We had heard good things about this restaurant from our friends and wanted to try it. It’s a humble but cute place. The staff was very friendly. They even served water with fresh mint in it, which you don’t usually see.

We ordered fried rice, jackfruit tikki, goat biryani, and Kerala fish curry. Overall, the food was fresh, with good portions and nice flavor. For a South Indian palate, I felt the food could have been a little more flavorful, but we still really enjoyed it.

The fish curry had Indian fish, not tilapia like in many other restaurants, which was great. Overall, they did a great job.

What a delightful surprise!
We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident, and it turned out to be a gem. We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Maharani, Garlic Naan, and Tandoori Roti—every dish was packed with authentic Indian flavors. The spices were perfectly balanced, just like what you’d find in India. While the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side, the prices were reasonable, making it a great value overall. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

We had paneer pakora: presentation, serving size, sauces, preparation – all excellent. Then their special biryani: it comes with a fresh delicious sauce as well- fantastic flavor. And chicken tikka masala: the chicken was just barely charred which was wonderful, and the sauce is fabulous. Garlic naan: perfect. Very outgoing and welcoming server. It is a little hole in the wall, but their decor makes it cozy and comfortable.

The place was very clean and quiet making it a calm nice place to dine. The Gunpowder Chicken and Samosa Chaat were amazing and the Fish Tikka was also very tasty. For our main course we ordered a chicken kadai curry and naan. The naan and chicken were fresh and gravy had authentic flavors mixed together. As for the service, the person serving us was very kind and checked if we were good and noticed if we needed. Overall, the food and service made a great an impression and we will definitely return.

We randomly searched for this place and opted to try it out. Before entering i had my doubts about the place but once I entered the restaurant I was happily surprised. The restaurant was clean and aptly decorated.

The restaurant was empty and we could choose any table of our choice. Our server was polite and gave us time to decide our food. The food was served within 10 – 15 mins.

The food was delicious. It was served at the right temperature. The flavors were really good. The momos very tasty. The paneer tikka was well marinated. The Naans were thin and crispy but soft at the same time. Not too flaky. The subzis/vegetables were really tasty. Both of them had their own distinct taste and favours. The mango lassi was a bit thick but really good. My only issue was the straw provided with it was a bit thin. So it was difficult to drink that thick lassi from the straw.

Overall a great experience eating at this restaurant. You should definitely order from it and try it out.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Mount rainier. We ordered butter chicken, butter naan, street style noodles, momos, paneer prantha, cheese masala dosa, gulab jamun and jalebi with rabdi. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even my 3 year old enjoyed it. Staff were attentive and friendly. They even made some changes in the dishes according to our taste. Prices were reasonable. During my visit to Kent, I was on the lookout for some late-night Indian cuisine and came across Angar Indian Restaurant.

I opted for a to-go order and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. After picking up my order and tasting it, I found the fried rice to be flavorful and well-prepared.

Additionally, I decided to try the Veg Manchurian gravy, which was a perfect representation of typical Indian flavors—rich, spicy, and utterly delicious.
