It’s kinda a normal Chinese restaurant. Small nothing crazy. But they have frequent returns and miss ups. And I’ve seen as a local the woman who handles those complaints argues the authenticity of complaints frequently? Which is wild considering they have so many. Hospitality doesn’t really come into play with Chinese restaurants but they are (lowkey) especially bad at it. Food is on average 4/10 I’ve never had a recipe that followed standard Chinese restaurant quality? Can’t say why because they offer the same foods. Otherwise foods cooked and looks fine just consistently has its own taste.

I bought spicy chicken with stir fried rice with no veggies. The veggies would cost 3.50 more!
The dish was no good at all. On the menu it states the food is made fresh. This chicken was breaded chicken and the added some red sauce that wasn’t spicy as worded on the menu.

Not sure what’s going on with this place, but I have to find a new Chinese restaurant that has better quality food. The size of the new born chicken wings they gave me are insane. I’m over this place!

Food was straight garbage. 68.00 dollars worth of old food that; just been reheated throughout the week. It’s that’s noticeable you are not getting quality fresh food. And this is the reason I only eat at Japanese restaurants. But my cousin from out of town was stuck on going here. ( Chinese Food )

I only received 3 extremely small wings – menu states 4. I returned to get my other wing, the cook looked at me and said I’m sure I put 4 in there, rolled his eyes at me and walked away. So embarrassed in front of all the other customers. I let him know I had better things to do with my life and the gas in my car than to lie about a wing!! Although he did give it to me, I will not be back.. The customer service, quality and taste of the food has truly diminished over time.

It was all good just 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, something has changed. We have been coming here at least 4 times a month. Then last week the cashier was haggling me about soy sauce packets. I called and spoke to the manager to get clarity. So each meal is allowed to have a maximum of 5 packets of sauce. Which is ridiculous because most Chinese places I’ve been to put the condiments on the table for customers to grab what they want.
Then…. we waited 11:41am -12:05 pm for our food. The reason for the extended wait was so they could serve the Spanish customers that placed their orders AFTER we did. Once they finished serving them their food then we got our food. So needless to say I will not be going back in here. They on some different issh.

The food was fresh and prepared well. I started eating it before I could snap a picture. This is what I have left. I ordered the shrimp & broccoli with garlic sauce and shrimp fried rice combo. The shrimps were jumbo sized and I believe they gave me 4 or 5 in the meal. The portion size was enough for me to save half for later. Great job!

I have to edit my review because the owner wants to claim that they told me this before I ordered, but let’s get one thing straightened out. NO YALL DIDN’T!! . They didn’t make this clear a quick Google search will show you that they’re trying to scam you to make it some nasty cheap way…..
Misleading chow mein and disappointing service. I ordered chow mein after Googling it to see what to expect—thin noodles with veggies. But at this place, they serve it differently: plain, unseasoned chicken with vegetables and chips instead of noodles. I’ve never seen chow mein served like this anywhere online, so it caught me off guard. They didn’t tell me about their special version beforehand, which was frustrating. When I asked for a refund, the owner seemed really bothered—snatching the food and speaking angrily in his native language. I know he was bothered by the situation, but all I wanted was a simple refund and to leave. I usually love this spot, but this experience was really disappointing. I wish I had a picture to show you, but I wasn’t thinking of that at the time. Trust me, you wouldn’t want to waste your money on something that looked so plain.
