What the team lacks in experience they make up in kindness and care for your order. Great people working here that value your time. I had to wait only 2 extra minutes for my food and a free cookie was included due to the very short wait.

I am from Florida, and we had zaxbys in the south. Once I moved to Indiana I missed home because of zaxbys.
I used to go to the one in down town indianapolis once in while, since I had doctor appointments there.. but today we were in Westfield indiana passing by, and about a mile or two down the road I saw the ZAXBYS SYMBOL AND I WAS BEYOND HAPPY.. called to confirm they were open because it is a new building, so the manager who answered we polite, and more than helpful to tell me they were open.. I told him I was passing by, but I would definitely come by on my way home..
I did stop on my way through, and the build was very clean inside, the rest rooms were clean. The service was quick, and the girl who waited on me Emma M, and the manager Andre really were helpful, and were very nice, we hand nice conversations.
Finally I proceed to tell Mr. ANDRE.. they need to bring a ZAXBYS CLOSER TO MY PART OF INDIANA WHICH HE ASKED ME WHAT PART WOULD THIS BE, AND I SAID SOUTH BEND INDIANA. THEY WOULD GET LOTS OF BUISNESS, AND WITH HOME FIGHT IRISH FOOTBALL OF NOTURDAME FOOTBALL GAME DAYS THEY WOULD GET LOT OF BUISNESS, AND I WOULD DEFF BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER I LOVE ZAXBYS JUST WANT THEM TO COME CLOSER TO HOME..
ALL the locations they are opening soon are hours away from me currently . I cant drive hours just for a few minutes to eat!!

this Zaxby’s has the greatest chicken I’ve ever tried. The service here was absolutely wonderful. Shout out to my boy Thai for hooking me up with free cookies. I will never doubt Zaxby’s chicken. Zaxby’s chicken is way better than raising Cane’s. I’ve highly recommend coming to Zaxby’s chicken. The atmosphere is great. The service is wonderful and their food is even better.

This restaurant does not believe in accurate change. I ordered, paid cash and gave the cashier $20 originally for a $10.78 (on the screen) order and then an extra 3¢ to make it an even quarter in change. Then I was given 20¢ and told we don’t do pennies and ROUNDED MY CHANGE DOWN!!! Not only that, I didn’t get my 5¢ back either. It’s only 5¢ but this is so shady. Receipt and screen don’t match. I won’t be back. Food was good but the service left much to be desired.

I visited the Zaxby’s location in Westfield, Indiana, and it was truly a great experience. Andre greeted me with a very courteous and professional smile —such a great first impression. I’ve eaten at a lot of places, but today really stood out. I enjoyed my lunch and appreciated how super-duper attentive the entire staff was with my order.
I asked Andre for a recommendation, and he suggested the salad . The team was happy to make modifications by removing the bacon and adding fried chicken, and it was perfect. I enjoyed it so much that I ate the whole salad!
Thank you to Andre and the entire team for such excellent service. I’ll definitely be back.

Went in 3x in first 3 weeks. 1st week was great. 2nd week went thru drive thru and got totally wrong order. Only 1 car behind me, so didn’t quite get that. 3rd week ordered bleu salad, picked up at drive thru. Verified I got a salad. Made it home – no tomatoes or bleu cheese. I gave up haven’t been back since.

Ty and jerrel don’t get me started on them. They are just the most petite two Zaxbys workers I’ve ever seen Ty keeps hitting me up with the cookies as long as I give the good review. They are so cute. See the food was amazing. We had some wines walking, but it was OK because the food in the atmosphere and the service was amazing.

We ordered 2 meals through the drive through. Only 2 other cars in the drive through at the time, and the parking lot wasn’t very full. We waiting 15 minutes, and the wings we got were tiny. The food was warm, so I am at least grateful for that. Not happy with service or quality of food.

I placed an online order and unfortunately, it wasn’t right. My drink was wrong, I received 5 chicken fingers instead of the 6 I ordered, and I never got the basket of toast that I paid for. On top of that, the fries were extremely soggy, soaked in oil from the chicken, which made them pretty hard to eat.
What’s frustrating is that this was a completely different experience than my visit last Monday. That day, the food was fresh and hot, and the customer service at the window was great. I left feeling really happy because Westfield honestly needs more friendly, family-type places to eat.
After tonight, though, it feels like this location is starting to head in the same direction as a lot of places along State Road 32, where bad reviews are becoming common. This place is still way too new for employees to be making mistakes like this. After reading some other reviews, it also looks like these issues may be becoming a recurring thing.
I really hope this was just an off night and not the start of a pattern, because I want this place to succeed but consistency matters
