First time going to Rio Rush (since I drive past it every time) and I was not disappointed! They have a variety of different options for salads, açaí bowls, and smoothies as well with additional toppings you can add as well. They also have a pasta salad which looked amazing.
I personally got the Strawberry salad and picked my own fresh greens and toppings along with one of the protein smoothies she has and it was all very fresh and flavorful. Will definitely be going back!
