This store is fairly new, they are still working out the kinks. All baristas are working diligently every single time I go in!

Definitely would not send 1 of your 2 workers on break at 5:00 again !! Poor girl was working in there by herself with a car line around the building and 5-6 people in the lobby – she was so sweet though and everything was delicious but I’d have for y’all to get bad reviews / complaints about wait times . I waited 25 minutes for one drink

Napoleon and the Manager Kyle at Rangline Starbucks Mobile AL are excellent in customer service. Getting our favorite coffee drinks and pastries was simple.

I normally give this place all my RAVE!
We exchange good mornings, smiles, and coffee. What a great way to start your day!
But yesterday and today were simply not that. Not only was it not its normal cheery self, but my orders were disasters. Both times, my cups were light. I didn’t check yesterday but did today, and as you can see, I got 70% of my cup filled. And there’s so much SPICE you can’t taste pumpkin. No heat sleeves. Just dissatisfied.

The manager Valerie was rude and left her team to drown while she talked to some friends in the lobby for 10 minutes. I had to wait to order because she said she was going to help her team to just leave them and go and talk. One guy had to stop making the food to take my order while he got further behind. And had to call her on the headset to ask for help and she made sure to slowly make her way back to the counter.

This is a standout Starbucks! The location is great. It’s just of I-65 on the west side of the Mobile metro area. The store is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It’s also larger than most Starbucks with plenty of seating. The staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive. I had a great latte while I got some work done. Got a coffee refill for the road.
